RAGNA Photo edits

Can someone tell me how they edit photos like the ones on ek mutthi aasman creations gallery. Like is there an app for it? Can somebody please help? I really want to make some RAGNA edits!!! So any of u who know how to please do help me out!!! Thank you! 😆 I'm using an iPhone so ya tell me an app for the iphone

Well.. But I am laptop freak.. so I can use it only.. or make siggies only on this..

You can actually make edits using GIMP as well (it's like a cheaper version of photoshop) and it's free download. There are also online websites that do offer editing similar to photoshop. You can also look online (on different websites) for tuning, different coloring and effects if you want to add some coloring. There are also tutorial online to help you with that. If you want a more advance version then Photoshop is a very good option as well. It comes with way more features. I have Photoshop CS6, which is pretty good, though I don't have that much time to make anything but it's pretty good. I would still recommend GIMP though since you're just starting. This way you can get a sense of it and see if you want to invest money in something like this. This is for laptop/computers.
