Sadly this happens in reality as well
well i have a personal experience similiar to this...
i had always been a top student..it was my science exam and the girl at the back of me was apparently(she swears she didnt) looking at my sheet...anyway ..i was doing my paper..suddenly this teacher comes..snatches her paper along with mine...i still remember ..i was so horrified coz i've never cheated in my life,i started crying...i couldnt even say anuything coz of shock...the teacher ultimately returned the paper..but the damage was done..i didnt score well due to lack of time..when my parents complained this to the HOD instead of rectifying their mistake ..they accused me of lying😕 😡and insulted my parents😡..my dad was so angry..he immediately went straight to the principals office😆..thankfully the principal was sane enough to look into this...i still feel really angry when i remember this incident...

The issue - parental pressure and cheating in exams is relevant - but not in the context of a child of the age of Amol. How old Amol is? The actor was 6 years old (now perhaps a little older) so he is perhaps in class II. As per Right to Education Act - he cannot be detained in the class - and instead of annual exams, there are CCE- continuous and comprehensive evaluations now (even for class 9th and 10th). Creatives seem to be living in different era.
However, I agree with members who said that the teacher should know if the child can do cheating or not and the means to know the truth - making the child say the answers if he knows. The child accepting his guilt (Amol's friend) is to be appreciated, but it is difficult to find an example like this.
