Kumud imagines.. how Saras will react if she tells him about Gumaan and Kabir. .n decides not to tell him
Saras works till late on something ... and says.. will work on it.. myself.. cant trouble Denny ..! Kumud offers to help ..
Saras watches her work and falls asleep
He wakes up with a start ..n asks why not wake me? Kumud says u were tired.. n i did the work.. n share some more..work!
He thanks Kumud for her help ..
Saras wakes up late next day.. and is worried for unfinished work.. but finds all is complete.. n he is delighted for Kumud...says Mrs. SaraswatiChandra.. nice
He takes the pen that his dad used to sign the deal with ..for Denny! Denny is getting ready for his own meeting n says.. first and last time..

Meanwhile Saras comes and talks of the ppt .. but Denny says have important work ..cant come! Saras fumes but relents!
