But on the chewing gum on seat or water on the seat, its just bad manners 😳 😳 But is whispering in the cinema halls, or passing comments/ laughing bad manners 😳 😳 I hope not, else I might have to stop frequenting cinema halls 😆 😆 😆

Thank God for multiplexes in Mumbai which give you some room to breathe.

Not really you need to take a rest-room break when the smell gets too foul.....😆😆

sweta, i understand what you are saying, it really gets my goat, feel like taking out my belan 😳 , but i would make sure he knows that i am irritated and if he still does it then i just change my place, and if i am with someone i would keep on saying bad things about the person that how cheap he is 😆 😆 😆 by the way this incident is only done by guys not girls, most of the time the places we go to is clean and no babies thank goodness, and if there are kids, they are disciplined and they dont make noise until the movie finishes(read animated movie 😆 😆 😆) i dont like going to such places where they bring the whole khandaan at one point. i always make sure i choose clean place and not such indecent things happen. this is not at theatre but somewhere else and we all were waiting, there was a guy who kept on shaking his leg which disturbed us sitting on seat and we all stared at him and someone told him to stop doing it and he stopped it.

That should be awesome..

😆😆😆

Sweta, yeah, people can be irritating.
In India, what upset me the most was guys trying to touch by sliding their elbow from the side 🤢. ewwww how I hated those days 😭

I know the feeling 🤢

In India, someone recently told me that not only cell phone rings but people hold a conversation on phone right inside the theater while movie is going on.

Here in the UAE I have heard doctors giving medical advice over the phone

When I was there, children used to cry a lot and that bothered me.

Here, in crowded threaters, I have almost always seen people behaving well. Never had to complain except perhaps once when little kids were involved and the family happened to be desi .

Hum desi nahin sudhrenge - I had a run-in with a young couple in Boston who had a laughing fit when Mangal Pandey was being taken to be hanged.

In places in smaller cites, the cinema halls used to be almost empty 😆😆and there is so much space that i have comfortably kept my feet on the chair in front of me w/o interfering with anybody's movie-fun.

QT - with my luck I don't even get that comfort!😉

nice topic sweta! 👏

My biggest complains about Movie theatre especially in Indian cinema theatre is suddenly some people just forget that we are in public place and it is not our home.

* Bug bites (Khatmal)
* Seats are small and no leg room. My knees hurt when I * come out of movie theatre or even flights
* Talking loud
* Not turning cell phones on silent or vibrate or just shut it off for god's sake
* Answering cell phones and continue conversation in theatre.
* Kids running and parents after them creating havoc
* person in back seat kicking with their knees or shoes
* Person Next you hogging up the side arm.
* Bringing food inside the theatre which creates so much smell and mess
* Talking in theatre or singing songs along or whistling.
* Babies crying inside theatre and parents not being considerate in one of them taking the baby outside to calm him-her down
* Last but not least right as movie is finished can't wait to ask "how did I like the movie" 🤢 As if we were the appointed analyst to review the movie.

Phewwwwwwwwwwww Now it is off my chest 😉 😆 Wow I do feel lighter 😛

poor you! thanks for letting me know the additional problem that you have faced 😆 😆 😆 may be thats the reason we are taught not to go to such local places especially the whistling part, i have seen in movies how cheap it can be 😆 😆 😆

we laugh or make the same kind of expressions along with others in movies especially animated ones 😳
