Scene 1
The scene resumes from where Part I had ended. The virus-infected man stumbles across the road and soon collapses upon the ground near the tempo guys, dead.
Scene 2
We see Dr. Tarika in a parking lot, talking on phone that she's sent an email containing details about the previous reports of the deadly virus in question. She disconnects and feels like she's being watched, though nobody is to be seen in the vicinity. Just as she prepares to get into her car, she's attacked by an unseen assailant.
Scene 3
In the bureau, ACP sir is angry that the man containing the virus hasn't been found and storms at Freddy sir and Sachin, who say that they've been trying their best asking at hospitals, police stations and their informers. Meanwhile, Purvi receives Dr. Tarika's email and reveals that the virus had also been reported in two horses and three sheep previously, and they died shortly later. Freddy sir wonders how an animal virus is infecting humans. Purvi adds that a scientist named Dr. Sankalp had created this virus.
Scene 4
Sachin, Freddy sir and Purvi visit Dr. Sankalp's house. They're greeted by a nurse who informs them that Dr. Sankalp has suffered from severe heart attack and suffered from complete paralysis following that. She leads them to the doctor's bed; Sachin talks politely and requests for his help, and instructs him to communicate via eye signals. The doctor agrees and points them to a nearby cupboard in this way. Sachin finds a fine marked "Chemical Research" inside and Dr. Sankalp gestures that there's something important inside it. Reading the file, they find out that one prominent DBC company had hired Dr. Sankalp to research on that virus. Suddenly, the doctor's condition begins to deteriorate. Sachin offers to have him taken to the hospital immediately.
Scene 5
At the Asiatic Library, duo and Nikhil fail to find the clue. They start looking for it on nearby objects and vehicles, and eventually Daya sir finds a piece of paper with the code 3198. Nikhil enters the code into his Tab and it's accepted. They're shown footage of a female masked hostage being released. Glad that they've got an extra ten minutes to help the next hostage early, they examine the next clue, which is written on the back of the paper - "Jogging University Hanging Under Bay Elephant Arabian Coast High". They discuss several options - the Hanging gardens and Elephanta caves among others, but none of them fit for varying reasons. Abhijeet sir construes that all these words are unrelated but connected in a way - the first letter is in capital letters. Joining them together, they find the word - "Juhu Beach". They leave for there at once.
Scene 6
ACP sir, Sachin, Freddy sir and Purvi meet the CEO of the DBC company, Vinod. He pretends not to recognize Dr. Sankalp or the BTX (?) project. Sachin receives a call from the hospital with the news that Dr. Sankalp has succumbed to death following another heart attack. Dr. Tarika arrives there, having been told of the team's presence by Dr. Salunkhe, and informs that someone knocked her unconscious in the parking lot to steal the USB drive containing Dr. Sankalp's data. ACP sir and Freddy sir construe that it's someone who wants to prevent them obtaining details about the BTX project.
Upon some not-so-gentle interrogation by ACP sir, Vinod confesses that 30 years ago, horses and sheep in some farmhouse suffered from a lethal disease and the BTX vaccine was developed to cure that. Dr. Sankalp was made the HOD of this project. Further research revealed that the vaccine thus developed was also a potent biological weapon deadly to humans. They wanted to sell it to some foreign company, but it was extremely inconvenient and dangerous to transport. Thus the project was cancelled and virus samples destroyed along with all research papers. Vinod adds that only he, Sankalp and his assistant Maya knew about this project. Maya was apparently arrested for stealing some chemical samples. ACP sir says they need to meet her in jail.
Scene 7
Duo and Nikhil investigate at the Juhu Beach and Daya sir eventually finds the weird smiley thing and code paper buried in the sand. Nikhil enters the code (7372) and they succeed in rescuing another female hostage. They study the next clue - "wahan hai khaadi aur samundar, indradhanush aur baadal ka garajna hai jiske andar, paas hi mein hai chain aur aman hota hai sundar sundar." Nikhil says that there are two rides named Rainbow and Thunder at one Amusement World, and there's a khaadi and beach over there as well. Daya sir points out that there's a Vipassana meditation centre near there as well, which could be the reference to "chain aura man". That's their target - Pagoda.
Scene 8
At the jail, the jailor informs ACP sir and the team that Maya is undergoing treatment in the jail hospital, as she was severely burned in a fire that had broken out there a few weeks ago. Purvi wonders who's behind all this then, as nobody except Maya knew about the secret project. ACP sir adds that she was caught stealing from the lab as well, and asks the jailor for a list of the prisoners who had been housed with Maya. They examine the list and see that Vikrant - the criminal they caught with the help of Bhiku - is among the inmates in Maya's cell.
ACP sir implies he first murdered Bhiku and is now exacting revenge from the CID. The jailor says that Vikrant was killed in the fire and DNA tests confirmed that. ACP and Freddy sirs imply that someone helped Vikrant fake his death by tampering with the DNA reports. ACP sir asks for all their CCTV footage starting from the day fire broke out in the hospital. They examine the footage and recognize the nurse from Dr. Sankalp's house there. Purvi construes that she murdered the doctor by injecting him with poison. Sachin says Dr. Sankalp was probably trying to tell them something about her. ACP sir instructs for her photo to be delivered to all police stations and informers. He receives a call with some shocking news.
Scene 9
At Pagoda, duo and Nikhil find nothing inside the Buddhist meditation temple and start searching for the clue outside. They find the bloody smiley face pasted over an empty trash can; Abhijeet sir realizes the trash guy emptied it and took away the clue as well. They meet the guy and he shows them where he disposed of the trash. Suddenly, Nikhil trips and falls down and sprains his leg. He hands over the Tab to Abhijeet sir with only 20 seconds left. Duo manage to find and enter the code in the nick of time, and the final hostage is released. As they prepare to take Nikhil to the hospital, the Darth Vader villain guy contacts them and gloats that the six hostages they rescued have been injected with the deadly virus and are now out to spread it in the city. He adds that he's informed media-persons that the CID is responsible for it all as they got the infected individuals released. The duo angrily challenge him to confront them, and he arrogantly divulges his location before disconnecting.
Scene 10
Sachin, Freddy sir and Purvi along with a policeman drive into a sealed area in radiation suits and find a corpse lying up ahead. Purvi notices that there are several whitish patches on his skin like the first victim. Sachin says they need to search the surrounding forest for the killer. Sachin receives a call with the information that the phony nurse has been seen leaving for the Kalyan station, a crowded area.
Scene 11
In the Qualis, Sachin reveals that according to their request all TV channels have instructed citizens not to leave their homes. Freddy sir suggests for a full-on curfew, but ACP sir says it'll create mass panic among the people. Purvi remarks that many of them have already arrived at the station out of fear. ACP sir agrees that they need to be rescued, but the nurse is driving to the station in an ambulance with the five infected people and stopping her is their top priority. They arrive at the station and see the nurse, who flees inside. ACP sir orders Purvi to go after her. After a brief chase, Purvi corners the culprit and hands her a tight slap. ACP sir sees the poor infected victims inside the ambulance and instructs for them to be carefully taken to the hospital.
Scene 12
ACP sir, Sachin, Freddy sir and Purvi arrive at Vikrant's desolate house in bulletproof vests. ACP sir implies that he's certainly hiding somewhere in there. They proceed to approach it cautiously.
Scene 13
Duo arrive at a beach, the location mentioned by the Vader dude and see a lone man standing with their back to them. They sharply order him to surrender. The man turns and looks scared out of his wits; Abhijeet sir implies he's not their quarry. The guy gestures down and it's revealed that he's been strapped with a time bomb containing the virus. The guy begs for help. The villain contacts the cops on the Tab and informs them that the bomb will go off if they attempt to tamper with it. He also gloats that he's laid a cunning trap for ACP sir and his team. They're shown footage of their colleagues entering Vikrant's house, and the call is disconnected. As Abhijeet sir prepares to warn ACP sir, the bomb guy draws a gun with apparent regret. Before the duo can stop him, he shoots both of them and they fall motionless upon the ground.
Scene 14
ACP sir and the team infiltrate the house and briefly split up to search. They find a secret trapdoor leading to an underground cave-like basement. They see various contraptions there and ACP sir realizes it's Vikrant's farmhouse chamber where he had held the hostages. Suddenly, the entrance slaps tightly shut and the Vikrant's voice rings out, taunting them. ACP sir defies him. Vikrant gloats that he's murdered Abhijeet and Daya sirs, and toxic gas is released into the chamber. The cops cover their mouths and attempt to find a way out, to no avail. At the eleventh hour, as their condition deteriorates, the doors open and Abhijeet and Daya sirs enter to lead their colleagues to safety. ACP sir instructs them to go after Vikrant at once. Through the window, Abhijeet sir sees him attempting to make his escape and Daya sir goes after him. Vikrant attempts to drive away in his car, but Daya sir seizes it from behind and forces it to crash. He grabs Vikrant and recognizes him as the trash guy from Pagoda. He hands him a jaw-shattering slap.
Scene 15
In the bureau, Vikrant demands to know how Abhi-Daya survived despite having been shot. They reveal they had both been wearing bulletproof jackets within. Vikrant snarls that the five hostages had testified against him in court and thus he wanted them dead. ACP sir reveals that Dr. Sankalp had already developed the antidote to the viral poison and thus they've managed to save them. Vikrant says he wanted to avenge himself on the CID by defaming them as they were the ones who arrested him. When he returned home after being released, his family scorned and disowned him. Abhijeet sir says he destroyed his own family with his evil deeds, and they were merely doing their duty of upholding law and justice. ACP sir condemns him for attempting to murder the hostages and duo, and says he'll certainly be led to the gallows for his crimes.
