Isn't intoxication by consumption of alcoholic drinks an mental disability?

There are so many unlawfull happening under influence of alcohoc, why not bann or eliminated the possibility without thinking about revenues / tax Govt is earning?

Basic thought behind - Eliminate possibility if accessivie alcohol usage. Decrease the alcohol percentage in drinks to a level so that is not possible for humans to consume to each level of intoxination or having no sense of actions.

i was thinking exactly the same thing in the morning about banning alcohol. many innocent lives are taken due to drunk drivers. why not ban alcohol or just drink in your house or restaurant but dont drive while you are drunk. i have seen people getting clumsy, sometimes they dont even remember who they are which scares the hell out of me. sometimes drunk people act silly if you are waiting somewhere outside. at least they shouldnt be allowed to drive 😕 but some of them do drive while drunk.

Great thoughts! I don't think anyone should take offense if yes then with reasoning.

My say is reduce the percentage in the drinks itself... let people have 15 drink = 1 beer in alcohoc content... and artificially manupilate the taste, after all how much water can stomach take😆 I wonder banning is an option. I love my weekend party drinks or new year fultu enjoy... but again I mean other people like college guys /gals who have a chance to drink beyond limit on the gooo and do mistakes.

Though I don't drink, still I wouldn't like the govt. to ban alcohol. Banning will give rise to spurious drinks and far more lives will be at risk trying to consume those. It's better this way, but the people should be heavily punished if caught DUI, that'll discourage them from trying to drive when drunk.

I know banning is not possible just threw it out... mera bhi kya hogga 😆 .. I one should be responsible but hard to control people... who go over limit... and problem is in intoxication do things that they also are not aware about... and yes get punished for it.
