I can understand why he was apprehensive especially given the fact his previous role was the complete opposite of Baldev, its a challenge but Vishal has surpassed expectations. Vishal really is the surprise package of Veera since the leap.

i dont think he was apprehensive only bcoz of his previous role many times negative roles can make fans hate u bcoz of the character u portray i know it doesnt make sense but sometimes audience forget that its only drama and not real life so many actors think twice b4 choosing a neegative role but now things seem better

Vishal does underestimate himself😆 I can't imagine anybody else playing Baldev. Pre leap Baldev used to irritate me. Post leap I came back to watch the show only after seeing a glimpse of Baldev.

Vishal was afraid of playing a negative character but baldev is only a little grey and a gem..and v love his character the most he must be super happy after getting a huge fan base now😃
