Jodha's stomach growled in need of food.She hadn't eaten anything for the past eight hours and it was quite a long time for her because back at her palace she used to eat in every two hours.She could not protest here because she was just mere commoner for them. She waited for the Shehensha who had said that he would take only some time to return had gone for about two hours.Jodha's head spun but she held on to the horse. Finally Jalal was done with his work and he returned where he had left Jodha. Jalal mounted on his horse and they galloped away from that place. Jalal stole glances with Jodha, whose energy had been drained now. It was unbearable for her now! The world seemed circulating around her and her vision became fuzzy. Her hands immediately reached at the side of her head.She tried her level best to keep her eyes open but it was quite close to impossible as her eyes were started to feel really heavy.

Her vision became blurry and the next moment she fell from the horse as she lost her consiousness. She hit the ground hard and she cut her forehead.Blood started to appear from it. Instantly all the horses stopped and the emperor himself got down from the horse. He began to wonder what had gone wrong with the new bandhi of his. He went up to her and took her in his arms. The pain was very much clear on her face. Jalal's eyes softened on seeing her like that. She looked like a princess and of course nowhere near being a bandhi. He had never seen such a beautiful bandhi,correction, girl in his entire life. Jalal ordered the guards to bring in some water.Jalal sprinkled the cold water on her face which made her eyes twitch.She regained her consious state and found herself on HIS arms. She jerked away from his clutch and looked the other way around. She was indeed very angry because no stranger was allowed to touch her, especially when the stranger is someone like Jalal.Jalal's anger, on the other hand had triggered. No bandhi had dared to that to him.

Woman craved for him just for one night. Jalal smirked within himself "Your surely gonna pay for what you just did a few moments ago. Your going to be mine for the night!" He gave a evil laugh inwardly and went back to his horse. They rode back to the palace. Jodha's eyes grew wide in excitement. She only heard about the Agra palace and now she was looking at it with her very own eyes. It was indeed very much better then she heard in the stories.The gates were already open and a group of people were waiting at the entrance of the palace. Jalal mounted down his horse and immediately went to a woman dressed in white. He hugged her tight. Jodha assumed that to be his mother but changed her mind as she did not look royal to her.Her eyes frisked through the unfamiliar crowd. When everyone had done their greetings to Jalal they looked at the unknown girl who was standing a bit far from Jalal. The woman in white asked "Who is this Shehensha?" Jalal said coldly "A new bandhi whom I found in the market. I found her pretty that's why I brought her in." A big smile plastered around the woman's face and she spoke "You there come here!" Jodha had the urge to roll her eyes but she thought it wasn't the right place and the right time. She lazily walked up to them and smiled at the group of people. She didn't receive a single greeting from the people. She decided to ignore them. She had to stay here for the time being and escape when the situation cools down. The days ahead would be tough of her but she had to face them bravely. She heard a sweet voice inquiring to her "What is your name beti?" She could feel the warmth in her voice. It was motherly and it reminded Jodha of her mother. "Her name is Jodha,Ammijaan." said Jalal impatiently. Oh so this was his mother!Then who is that witchy woman in white? She thought. "Jodha?hmmm" Hamida raised her brown in suspicion and Jodha sensed it. "Jalal can I have a minute with Jodha?" Jalal simply nodded and mived inside following the whole crowd except for Hamida,Jodha and a few other bandhis. "Walk with me Jodha." Jodha could sense the tension in the air. She gulped the lump which had formed inside her throat and obeyed the Queen's order.

Hamida had reached her chambers and dismissed all the bandhis from her room and closed the curtains. "Now tell me what is Rajkumari Jodha doing in Agra and that to as a bandhi?" Jodha's breathe had stopped for a moment. How did she know? "I don't understand what you are sayi..." Hamida cut her in between "You don't need to be scared of me dear.. I have seen your paintings done by Taslima. I am sure yoy are the princess of Amer. The rose of the desert." Jodha was a hesitant "Ummm.. The thing is that.. I ran away from Amer as I did not want to marry the cruel Prince Suryabhan and I need a place to stay until the situation cools down. Bapusa would never think of Agra. Please don't reveal my identity.. I beg of you." By now Jodha was on her knees and her hands were folded in front of Hamida. "But dear you don't know my son. He brought you here because he lusts you and he would use you until he is satisfied with his desires towards you and if you reject him he will turn violent. He does not take no for an answer. I suggesr you run away from here. Run as fast as you can. Don't stop until you have crossed the borders of Agra." Jodha's heart was now full of fear. What had she done? She had taken the protection of a monter from her father. What had she done in haste? Now what will she do?

It was indeed close to impossible from running away from the reality that Jodha was now a part of Jalal's harem. She was his possession.Two different types of people were to be bonded now. It was just the beginning of the epic lovestory "JODHA AKBAR" and there was no turning back now.
