Each other wife will get 4/5 years w/ their hubbies, in fact exclusive to themselves. Also, until the Rajasuya yagna, Nakul probably had only Draupadi as his wife. So whenever Draupadi was w/ the others, he was a bachelor.
So it wouldn't be unfair. Like say, continuing w/ Bhima's example, Valandhara gives up a year w/ Bhima since it's Draupadi's turn w/ him. So yeah, that year is hard, but then after that, the next 4 years, she'd have Bhima all to herself. No sharing him w/ anyone. She'd probably have had Sarvaga after Satsoma's birth.
Even in Arjun's case - Uloopi was a one night stand (although how did she then become pregnant ❓ and Chitrangada's was just for the time he was in Manipura during his exile. Once he was back, his only wife, aside from Draupadi, was Subhadra. So even Subhadra would have had 4/5 years w/ him.
Only case I can think of is Mr Poorvabhas - Sahadev - the daughters of Dyutmat and Jarasandha would be competing over him all the time. Even that was for a relatively brief period - Jarasandha's daughter married him, then he went off on the Rajasuya conquests, after the yagna some months/years❓ and then the game of dice & exile.
So it averages out rather cleanly, w/ Draupadi getting full time enjoyment, for want of a better term, and Devika, Valandhara, Subhadra, Karenamati, Vijaya & Jarasandha's daughter getting their husbands 80% of the time (40% for Sahadev's wives).
Only one who got a raw deal was Hidimbi. Yeah, she had Ghatotkacha w/ her throughout his life, but even after his death, she didn't get to join Bhima. Unlike Uloopi, who did get to join Arjun after the war.
