As far as I know, watching on HD makes no difference as this channel has no ads.
Actually, it doesn't even matter if you watch the shows in the normal channels either unless the TAM people have approached you and set up the TAM meter box in your house.

There are only an X number of such meters in India. So, the whole of India does not contribute to the trps...only a limited cross-section of people...the trps you get are dependent on the viewing patterns of these limited numbers of people.
