RASHI PANICK...AND SILENCE

Raghu seems to have got more panicked with Shivani's love confession rather than her confession of property transfer...

You have a good point don't think the CV's will let Shivani loose her property that easily.

If Raghu hasn't done something, maybe there is a loophole. What if Shivani signed those papers before Raghu signed his to transfer everything to her. The property was left to both of them, from a legal standpoint I would think they both have to sign the transfer not just Shivani to make it binding. From what I remember, Raghu told her that the 3 months were up and he was going to transfer the property to her, not that he had. They showed Shivani telling the evil trio that she had signed everything and it was all done, after that they showed Raghu signing over the property, so maybe that will be the loophole, don't know let's see.

Even if CVs hv not planned this ,. still I hope they plan this flashback now 😉😆 .. Raghu did look casual with the whole property transfer issue and also dint panic much when he saw Shivani on his birthday which was right after her ILU confession ...

Its like something in middle is missing and Raghu was already aware of Shivani's next plan of action and so he is reacting accordingly 🤔

Mayb he wants her to stay in that house and realise few harsh realities of life like how she cannot adjust as a middle class housewife and how he likes Sumitra and not her 🤔 .. but his plan might flop if Shivani proves him wrong on both cases 😆😆

Hey just had thought, what if PT called and told Raghu what Shivani did maybe that's why he was not surprised to see her there.🤔

And rekha I remember While R giving the will back to shivani before leaving the haveli he said to her that he transfered all the property to her name...
