Chapter 16 : Dilemma !!

sharon murmering angrily : ye rey ki toh ...urghh...
i guess mujhe taani se hi baat karni chahiye...
ya shayad swayam...ya fir... Oh no..kahan phas gyi...

scene shift

rehearsal hall

rey was standing looking towards the mirror...
he looked at himself...
What had he done?
how in the world wud taani ever talk to hi now??
while he was lost in his own thoughts he heard someone...

kriya : srry rey!
rey turns to look at kriya her eyes were brimming wid tears...
rey got tensed

rey : kyua hua??

kriya came forward : rey i m srry ...

mujhe pata hai ki aap mujhse naraaz hai bt ...

she stops n asks him to sit while wiping her tears

they sit infront of the mirror...
kriya : rey ... Im srry ...mai toh dehradun sirf 1 weak ke liye
gyi thii aur 1 month baad aa rhi hu...wo mom...
Unhone jhuth kaha mujhse ki unki tabyat kharaab
hai bt jab main wahan gyi toh maine dekha ki wo thik hai...
aapko yaad hai jab wo yahan aayi thi toh humne apne baare mei
n mere dance ke baare mein unse chupaaya tha bt unhe sab pata
chal gya...tears were flowing continuously from her eyes n
now the flow increased wo...wo chahti hai ki mai dance aur...
(she looks at rey, till now she was looking at the floor)
aur aapko chod du...
she was waiting for some response from him n
then said : rey ... mai aapse bohot pyaar karti hun...
jaane se pehle nhi kaha tha par abhi keh rhi hun ...
ek pal ke liye main dance ko chodne ki soch bhi lun par aapko...
aapko mai nhi chod sakti rey...
now she stands up
kriya : aapne mujhe ek jhalli se ek ladki banaya hai rey...
aaj tak jo kuch bhi humaare beech hua wo bohot special hai
mere liye...
she turns to face rey : kya aap... kya aap mujhse pyaar kerte
hain rey...boliye??

rey was shocked he didn't knew what to say ,
what to do,,,,as if he was in a dilemma...
how to tell kriya that he didn't love her now ...
that it was just attraction... that he loves taani who is now
angry wid him n that too becoz of kriya...

he goes towards kriya n holds her shoulders to comfort her
bt then his eyes locks on the door ...he saw taani ,
her eyes wet with tears n then suddenly she ran from there...
rey was glued to his place ...slowly he shifted his eyes
from the door towards kriya and another shock ...
kriya hugged him tight n misunderstood that he still loves her...

kriya : i knew rey aap aaj bhi mujhse pyaar karte hain aur
mujhse naraz nhi hai... she breaks the hug n
asks innocently : nhi haina??
rey smiles sadly n wipes her tears n says chale??
kriya gets confused bt then shruggs off the thoughts...

scene shift

in an empty class room
taani : mujhe ab unse koi baat nhi karni
sharon was facing a fuming taani's back
taani turns n points her finger towards sharon
n says : aur khabardaar jo aapne mujhse dobaara unki baat ki toh
sharon : ok fine taani nhi karungi bt ye toh batao ki hua kya?
taani : kya hua ? ye puchiye ki kya nhi hua??
sharon confused asks : accha??...toh... kya nhi hua??
taani : uff sharon... hua ye ki (n taani tells her that she
heard kriya say that she loves rey alot n when she asks
rey that does he love her so he comes forward n was going
to hug her {here comes a misunderstanding again}...)
sharon : what??
taani : haan !! aur ab mujhe unse koi baat nhi karni...

scene shift
canteen
kriyaansh entered n saw that there were two groups...
GIRLS AND BOYS...
girls were gossiping ...n the fact was dripping fom their faces...
so kriyaansh understood bt then the bpys they were at a
distance from the girls n were looking at them n whispering
something to each other n the fact that they were thinking
something bakwaas n naughty... dripped from their faces
n kriyaansh imidiately read that...
kriya asked rey : ab ye log kya kar rhe hai??
rey : tum girls ke paas jao ...mai inke paas jaata hun !!

sharon and taani

vp : so u both understood??
shaani : yes sir
vp : i want everything to be perfect ok...
sharon : sure sir!!
vp : n taani ...ya i forgot to tell u...
as tum ab dance team ka part ho toh tumhe ek
partner toh chahiye hi hai so isliye i've a good news for u

sharon ; what sir?
vp : ye hi ki kal ek new student college join kar rha hai
n fortunately for us he is a brilliant dancer...

rey : guyss tum log pagal ho kya ??
vicky : arre tu kya baat kar rha hai ? dekhiyo abhi taani
aur sharon aayenge aur wo bhi yehi kahenge...
before rey cud say anything they heard sharon's voice
sharon : guyss !! PROM NIGHT ON ITS WAY!! WUHOO!!!
the canteen cheered up with loud hootings n the next moment
girls were decideng about clothes n boys about pranks...
in the whole crowd rey was just staring at taani...
she also looked at him bt glared at him n left the canteen
rey was about to follow but then
suddenly swayam enterd the canteen and stopped him from going
swayam : rey kahan ja rha hai tu??
vicky : arre swayam kaha tha tu dinbhar
swayam : guyss!! sirf do ghante pura din nahi ...
wo abhi baaki hai... n mujhe kuch kaam tha soo...
he walked upto the boys with rey
swayam : so kya decide kiya prom ke liye??
n boys started telling him about their stupid plans
n he kept on taking out their faults

sharon : ok guyss now important talk... prom next week hai
so bahot preprations karni hai n ya vp sir ne kaha ki kal
ek new student join kar rha hai n luckily for us he's
a brilliant dancer...
simmi : wow thats great

rey to himself : great ?? great my foot...
aane do usse chodunga nhi wo taani ke saath dance karega...
never...
