Hello DDBEDSians.😊

These are not good news nor bad ones.

Our forum rank is 33. In fact we share the same points with DKMD which took position no.32. So we are in the same position of the last week.

Coming to list:

It is clear that we did a better job than last week. We had more members, more votes, more views , and to top it all activity increased to 46..which is outstanding. 😃

I hope with the coming track and new entries, new members join this forum. More activity..and we'll be in top 20 . In-shaa-Allah.😃

Its fine. Shows which are top in India do not do very well on IF eg TMKUC,CNWK,DABH,SNS, YRKKH.

And shows which have lower TRPs and lower viewership in India do very well on IF eg Madhubala , Rangrasiya , IPKKND - Season 2 .

So its nice to be in the middle and not near the top 😉 😆

Totally agree with you Poiu.😊

I wonder why are shows with less TRPs are top in IF? Is it because many members here are youngsters, and most of viewers are houswives? Or is it because many of forum members don't live in India so their likes and dislikes aren't like those of ppl in India?. I see it even when flop movies do well out India and vise verse. 😊 Is there another reason?😲

I live in India

and I have noticed shows which do very well in IF are Mills & Boon type romances where the hero is slightly of an MCP kind ( typical rich , aloof , arrogant types who changes after love/marriage)

I have outgrown M&B romances long time back so do not particularly like those shows. Also these kind of shows are viewed mostly by youngsters say in the 15-22 age grp and do not pull in family viewership (not just housewives).

in my opinion the reason for the shows with less TRP are top in IF because of fan base

agree that the films which have failed in India, me living in England find those films worth watching.

films which have crossed 200-300 crores in India, we find those films boring, over rated etc

I too love M&B kind of romance. But when I watch it on screen. In an Indian show I feel it not real which makes me loose intrest soon.😳

I love Indian shows to be more of real ppl. DDBEDS made me watch it because of its real characters.😊

I have an idea that serials which succeed in India are typical Saas-Bahu shows. I don't know if it is true. But also found some comedy and History shows doing well.

^^^^ for weekly dose, the viewers in India do like saas-bahu shows. (mainly female viewers)

comedy & history are mostly on weekends where men have time to watch

I agree with you Shobhi. It is mostly like that.

But there are 3 shows which work well weekdays too TMKUC and Mahabharat and Jodha Akbar .😊

There is another reason why some shows work well here . It is because of some actors have great fan followers hear which support them and watch their shows. Sanaya Irani is a big proof. Any show which she stars in is always in top 10 list in IF.
