No he is not Arjun's cousin. He is related to sonam by her mother and his father being cousins, making ranveer and sonam second cousins, this is wat I have read .
He is not related to Arjun nor is he related to aneil kapoor by blood. So he is not from the kapoor family, just related to sonam due to her mom
