So, I guess that is what creatives had in mind then.

I wanted to say whatever was shown, the attraction or the hate story didn't interest me yet. But as I said I am going to give chance to the show as I am a Sanaya fan. And I aam glad they are going to focus on Rudra & his mom drama.

I read an interview of Sanaya's previous sucessful show's producer/director in which he said that the story should be told from the heroine's point of view. This makes sense for TV shows where the majority watchers are women and they need to identify/sympathise/empathise with the heroine to be interested in her journey. Once a loyal fanbase is established for the show, then ofcourse they can take the story in whatever direction they want to,
So whether it is Zoya, Madhubala,Jodha, Archana , Akshara or Sandhya it is thier initial story which got the viewers hooked,

Mind you some of these shows have now become crap and quite unwatchable but they are reaping the benefits of thier loyal fanbase,

The makers showed in the first 15 days what other shows take 3 months ! In this process they lost out on showing the much needed background for both Rudra and Paro esp Paro.

I would have loved to see Paro's childhood( I liked the girl who played little Paro) and her interactions with Mami, her cousin and Thakursa and Thakurain. This would have helped in understanding Paro and also building more sympathy for her. The writers also would have got a heads up on how to take Paro's character forward (becoz now I feel they are fishing about!)

In panic, the makers have opened all the cards too soon!

I made a similar kind of post few days back. I wanted to see Paro's character to be shown in more intricate way. Most of the people didn't agree with me, they thought Paro's character is shaping up really well. Do you think so? Don't you think, the cvs are not showing various aspects of her emotions? no monologue of her, no Flash back, no nothing as if she doesn't have any emotion. How can she gets emotional for a brutal murderer. I know what Rudra did was right, but in Paro's eyes he is the killer of her husband. But it seems like she is an emotionless woman.
Sanaya is such a brilliant actress, But cvs is not using her talents.
As most of the people are happy with how Paro's character has been portraying, I have become a silent reader, cause my POV is different. And I'm scared to give my POV, cause I don't want to create unnecessary hue.

Sohara u made that topic 3 weeks back when WE WERE ALL happy about her characterization! At that time only partially it was correct.
Go and read ur own post again and the last 4-5 pages of it and u will see it was ur attitude that irked many and after cooling down most members agreed to ur POV!

So specially now most people are NOT happy with the lack of connect they have with Paro. So telling that many like it is wrong for this moment, not for 3 weeks back.
So the forum is not the monsters u make us out to be. Just read how the TM of this post has written her post which is exactly what u wrote and read what u wrote that day. And read the responses both got. This was positively received despite being criticism n urs was negatively received cz of the attacking way u wrote it.

Hope u can understand the difference words can make when giving a POV.

Nice topic, a much needed one for the cvs of the show. I for one will watch RR religiously till the end as i love it for the story and leads, but to grab more eyeballs and to not lose existing viewers they need to reflect on where they are failing.

You know I am a HUGE love story or romance fan.. Give me a serial with good chemistry leads and I will just watch their scenes OnLY if the show is bad 🤣 but even though I am like this I couldn't wait for RR.. No it's not only because of Sanaya but because there was sth different abt this show that caught my attention. It wasn't a typical saas bahu show which is a good thing but then the story betw the leads is just different 😳..
When I recommended this to some of the girls that loved watching serials they said its boring.. I can understand as any girl would want to watch love, hairs flying, duppatta ending up on their face and all those.. But I do agree that there was and still is a potential for paro's character development. Even though I hate watch crying scene but I would have liked it more if she cried and remembered her olden days with meethi after she was brought to rudra's haweli coz they haven't showed that much.. It's just a loss coz their relationship was the best thing in the show 😳

I agree that paro is too innocent and kind but still I want to hear sth else except "mere pati ko mardiya" and "jallad" seriously, those line get on my nerves for some reason 😳.. But then it's a challenging thing to please audience so I don't tend to go too deep but then its not the same for ppl who completely adore paro's character and can connect with her.. I guess we tend to connect more to the character then the CVs.

I don't know what I just said 😆 sorry I don't think deep and comment on this type of post but I have seen many disappointed post so that made me think😆

i agree that something is lacking..

I felt jolt when Paro woke up at the very same moment when Rudra shot her husband..

I mean Cvs could have shown Baratis were bad...Paro is shocked and confused from this..Tejawat is changing the side and brainwashing paro that he did not know of baratis..

That could have developed more strong storyline in my POV...Rather showing or forcing widow for marriage...that too smiling paro in between..I am not saying windows should not marry second time..its the flow of story..i am not happy with😒
