WOW!!!!!!! omigod. what an episode. to call it good would be an undestatement. lets just say that on a scale of 1 to 10, i'd give give it an 11.5!!!!!😃 (im reserving the 15 out of 10 for tomorrow's episode. which promises to be a completete MELTDOWN one)
so in the first set,there we had angad looking completely broken down and walking away from the supposed prithvi-kripa wedding. the poor baby looked like his whole world had ended and as he walked away he kept on stopping to steal glimpses of the over-the-top decorated wedding venue and u cant help but want to go rushing into the screen to give him a big hug. he looked so dejected. and who should he happen to bump into, but our favourite hitman, jay panday. lol. we should all send him flowers in jail,because its all due to him that our lovebirds are going to unite tom.😃 and as angad carefully scrutinized his face, what should his eagle eyes spot but the gun that had fallen out of his pocket. in a menacing voice he asked him what the hell he was doing there but jay panday gave him an all mighty shove and ran away with angad in hot pursuit. btw,r angoo baby is such a sweeto. even though he was hot on the tail of a deadly assassin, he stopped for a sec to apologize to a couple who got jostled in the chase😛 we were then subjected to an action sequence that would have put bruce lee to shame. now if only it hadnt been for that wretched gun which in the wild scrimmage for its possession went off and hit the poor darling somewhere in the vincity of his heart. iq is such an accomplished actor. luved the dazed, almost shoched look on his face in the few seconds before he crumpled. and now for my fav scene of the day. as he falls to the ground with his face pressed in the dirt and crumpled with pain and his facial muscles moving furiously, he utters just one word,"kripa!", and then he sees a quick flashback,constituting many black and white pics of kripa from previous episodes. mind-blowing!
u know, if i hadnt read the setindia preview,i wud probably have killed myself somewhere in the middle of the episode. because when they show kripa seated at her dressing table and prithvi coming to inform her, any poor soul not fortunate enough to be in the know abt future developments in the serial would have been completely forgiven for assuming that they had gotton married. 😕
actually felt kinda sorry for naina today, although not after she started taking potshots at kripa,abt everything being her fault. and that wretched karthik is back. god. that is one person i cannot stand. wanted to totally slap that faint self-satisfied smirk off his face and tell him to go rot in hell. dadi was cool, as the agitated family member, and comforted kripa and reprimaded naina that for gods sake at least now put ur son's safety and well-being first, and in placating the irate doctor, who obviously doesnt know these volatile ladies very well and wanted to know why they were creating such a ruckus in front of the OT. 😆
kripa rocked as the concerned, worried to death and looking slightly like she was coming out of her denial, heroine. and angad rocked as the poor hapless hero,broken in spirit and in body. sighhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! never mind. better things await him. just wait till tomorrow. hehe! kripa looked so sweet when she was sitting nearly motionless throughout the night, praying for her one true love's life to be spared. actually felt sorry for prithvi, because finally,even he decided to come down from the cloud of bliss he was floating on and saw that there was no way kripa was over angad or was ever going to be over him in fact. and the poor guy even urged kripa to go in alone to meet angad,when she was standing there torn between her duty and her love.
the poor injured baby actually thought that she'd already gotton married and congratulated her and actually apologized for ruining her day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hats off to kripa for exercising such restraint. if i'd been in her place, i wud have flung myself across the foot of his hospital bed and vehemently denied that and then have refused to ever let go off him. because, honestly, cud anyone be a bigger sweetheart than this?????😳
and the last scene where he goes to give her the supposed wedding present ROCKED all the way. i was literally sitting only half a foot away from my tv screen when they are sitting facing each other hand in hand(the gift started to fall of the table and both went after it at the same time). enter prithvi wearing the angriest look to ever mar his features and the episode ended with a bang. not that the preview for tomorrow was any less eventful😛. prithvi pulling a gun on angad, claiming that he was gonna get rid of this problem forever and kripa dramatically throwing herself in front of angad.
omg! omg! omg! i so cannot wait till tomorrow's episode. this is the instant i've been waiting for since that airport scene in goa way back in june, when he goes to drop her off and they had this long soulful heart to heart abt them always being destined to meet no matter what happens and that no one and nothing could separate them, which was a clue for all us poor helpless watchers that the long long series of misunderstandings was about to commence. i cried in earnest that day, because i just felt so sad for those two and now after all those long long long months, they' re gonna get back together and i for one CANNOT wait till tomorrow😃
a truly MINDBLOWING episode with tomorrow's slated to be even more so. yippeeeeeeee!!!!!!
P.s. sorry for this long dragging post but i was just so keyed up after watching the episode that i had to let it out of my system.
