In harem, jodha is learning how to distribute money in bandhies, they are given money according to their post, jodha have to keep a tab on every peny spent, jodha is tensed, jalal comes there, he smiles seeing jodha, jodha listens to the problems of begums. moti tries to tell this to jodha but she stop her in between n then jalu also ask moti to let her work n he leaves.
As jalu came out, MA meet him, she tells him that even Ruks used to look after Harem but she never neglected jalal n offers to call jo immediately, Jalu tells her to do her work well as its her first day . He liked it if someone took interest in her work, she says that jalu has changed a lot, he smiles n says that he'll meet her later.
Ruku is getting bored that she doesnt have any work, hoshiyar comes there, n informs her that she should spend sum time with jalu while Jo was busy with harem affairs ..
Hoshiyar offers to do her hair, Ruku tells him that her hair would be suljhaoed by Jalal from now onwards.
Other side, jalu was sitting in his room, ruqu came there, n begins to input her plan, Ruqaiyya starts showering her attention , love-shove, affection on Jalal, He immediately understands that Ruqaiyya voted for Jodha so that she could involve Jodha in Harem matters while Ruqaiyya can woo him. Ruqaiyya is discomfited to hear her inner agenda being stated so baldly but being the begum-E-Khas, she quickly recovers her wits , pouts retorts that she was following only Jalal's orders , moreover ppl wanted a change and she felt that Jodha should be given a chance too..Jalal is unconvinced , tells in a regretful tone while looking un-regretful that even though Ruqaiyya is free, he being the king is very busy, but tommorrow after function he'll try to find sum time to spend with her, ruqu makes plan of playing sum game n then hunting.
In market, sujamal gets to know that jalal has announced jashn with whole nation invited in it because jodha saved him from poisonous lady, he also prayed for jodha with nation, suja is happy that jodha is getting love here, he is about to leave, mughal soldiers comes there, solider orders them to check everyone who is leaving or coming in agra.
Other side, jo came to know that jalu came to meet her but she was busy,, jodha got angry on moti but still calm, moti explains it to jodha n then she goes to meet jalu, he was practising sword.
She apologises for not being there when he came she praises ruks for doing the work expertly, jalu says that he's happy that she's handling things perfectly n that he likes people who complete/do their work with dedication n then says that she was looking beautiful while working. Jo is stunned with his sudden praise, Jalu smiles at her further mesmerising her, Jo points that he was different in DEK, Jalu says that there he was king but here he was her hubby, Jalu tells her to go back to work as his heart would break if she dis not do well, Jo is surprised to hear jalau had a heart. Jalal makes an excuse for his slip of tongue.
In harem, jodha orders that i want to facilitate everyone, check everyone. One bandhi is being dragged by soldier, she says this bandhi was not doing her work, she was lying on bed, bandhi says she's ill, jodha cehecks her and says to take her to hakima she is ill, soldier says if ruks was there she would have set her, jodha says but ruks is not there now, hoshiyar says this happens with servants here, jodha says to call every bandhi.
Ruqu walks into Jodha's Hojra .. Jodha welcomes her and launches into her appreciation..Ruqaiyya is very pleased , since she had come to gloat..she sets about on her mission jalan of Jodha.. Ruqaiyya complacently informs Jodha that she and jalal have planned a trip , a long journey and few gamsn..She did want to invite Jodha along too but ofcourse Jodha is immersed in Harem running and will not be having any free time ..Jodha looks as if a thorn has pricked in the most sensitive psrt but holds on to her dignity.. Ruqaiyya goes on and on and on ..and leaves after exhausting all steam.
All bandies get collected, jo enquirs about their situation, n says that if they are not happy she'll set them free, maham interuppts n ask her that she can't do it as its against mughal rules n the bandies here show their unwill to work here n want to go home, jo question maham n says that she's setting them free, maham stop her.
PRECAP
Jodha wants to take a Harem cruise with Jalal, it is a educational trip seeking to broaden the horizon of Jalal. Jodha cleverly shuts Maham by asking her permission first and the cornered Maham has to give it.
