I am really confused on one issue
Do a movie really change a person thinking? I know people follow the fashion, clothing and even mannerisms but do a single movie change a person thought process

I am myself confused most of the times. I feel bollywood or for that matter any wood is for entertainment.

When i worked hard for 5 days and if i want to have my time for a movie - what i really need is a stress buster and happy go feeling movies (doesnt mean a mindless movie though)

But sometimes again i feel there should be some worthful and serious movies?

When i was too young and in schooling there was an article about a kamal hassan movie named Bharateyudu in telugu, i dont know with what name it is released in hindi. Its all about patriotism, corruption and bribery

I felt so motivated watching the movie and thought i need to change the system but it stayed only for a day i suppose. Deep rooted i am always against those systems but will i change someone, i dont know.

About the article - someone wrote the movie is a block buster and ticket in black is going for 300. A movie on corruption and bribe ticket is sold in black

3 Idiots is a movie on bringing in the change of educational system. Giving due credit and it is so wonderful movie which touched so many hearts but in reality Author and Actor has a war of words on the story. Who is correct I have no clue. I only know that most of the movie is resemblance of the book but has a midass touch of Aamir

Do a movie really has impact on the society or it is just for the 3 hours we watch?

Yes..some movies do change perceptions..I really hope they do..Movies like RDB and TZP..did change perceptions for many..Human beings in general are very fickle..and they tend to forgive and forget everything..or dont pay much heed to issues where it should be ..These two films come straight to my mind when I think of whether movies have effected me or not..Although books have been more effective..but some movies have also played a major role..
