Tanveer is sleeping on the bed. She wakes up in pain and sees Zoya there. Zoya taunts Tanveer to stop acting and all this drama, as she knows that Tanveer is a trained nurse and knows which vein to cut and not to cut. Zoya offers Tanveer that she will show her. Tanver is scared. Zoya taunts Tanveer and offers to make a deal. Tanveer gets excited and wants to know more.
