Bhoomi tells Baisa that she told Arjun about the Kangans and he said he never gave them to Shefali, and today when the jeweler comes they will know the truth. Baisa says that Shefali is going there and he is not coming her.
Bhoomi goes to see Shefali. Shefali tells her she is going out, Bhoomi starts staring at her. Shefali asks her why is she staring as such. Bhoomi asks her, her age, and if she is older to Arjun. Shefali gets irritated, Bhoomi asks her to relax as there are wrinkles on her face. Bhoomi tells her to go to the parlor and get a facial. Shefali says that yes she'll go to the parlor and get a facial first and call the jeweler at home.
Arjun is sitting and thinking, Baisa asks him if he is thinking about Shefali. Arjun tells Baisa he wants to ask her something, but she should tell him the truth. Arjun asks Baisa what she thinks about Devika Parekh. Baisa tells him that Devika is good girl, she has agreed to stay here as a servant and serve us as a way of repentance for her mistake. Arjun asks Baisa what she thinks of Shefali. Baisa tells him that he knows Shefali more better than herself, and this is the first time he is asking her about Shefali.
Arjun tells Baisa that sometimes the truth is right in front of our eyes but we don't see it. Baisa tells Arjun that the jeweler would be here and he should come downstairs. Arjun tells her she did not give an answer to him. Baisa tells him that sometime back Bhoomi had tried to tell him some truth about Shefali. On one side was Bhoomi's truth and the other side was Shefali's trust, and over his wife's truth, he choose Shefali's trust, so if he did not believe his wife, then what about her (Baisa) and Baisa leaves.
Jeweler is there and all ladies are choosing / discussing designs. Arjun comes there and Baisa asks him to join in as well. Arjun picks up a mangal sutra to show Shefali, but she bends down to see some jewelry on the table, and Arjun while holding out the mangal sutra as though its ready to be put in someone's neck, sees Devika thru it.
Shefali then sees the mangal sutra and does not like it, Bhoomi / Devika then explains to her that choosing the mangal sutra is the husband's right and what it stands for.
Baisa tells them that she has some old jewelry which she wants exchanged and goes to get them. Bhoomi tells Shefali she must also have some old things, Shefali says she will get them as well.
Baisa brings her stuff, and Devika looks at a pair of Kangans, and Baisa tells her that Arjun gave these to Bhoomi as a token of his love. Shefali brings her stuff, and Devika takes out the same Kangans from Shefali's stuff, and tells her that these are same like Bhoomi, did Arjun give them to her.
Arjun walks over to Shefali, and asks to see the Kangans. He asks Shefali that did he give them to her and how come she has the same Kangans as Bhoomi. Shefali does not have any answer to Arjuns questions. Bhoomi saves her and tells Arjun that these Kangans are really pretty and Shefali must have made them for herself.
Arjun and Bhoomi discuss Shefali. Arjun tells her that he had trusted Shefali so much. He tells Devika to tell him everything Bhoomi told her, he tells her Dosti Ki Kassam, tell me everything now, not 1 thing a day. Devika tells him she does not want to break his marriage with Shefali, and what should she break her friendship with him or her promise to Bhoomi, as Bhoomi wanted to tell him 1 thing a day.
Baisa asks Bhoomi why she saved Shefali again. Bhoomi tells Baisa that Shefali never said on her own that Arjun had given her the Kangans, and these are two small victories, what about the big things. Would Arjun believe her in those. If she had told Arjun everything, he would have confronted Shefali, and then Shefali will become aware of what we are doing. Bhoomi tells Baisa that now she has learned, she will become Shefali's friend and then expose her.
Baisa tells Bhoomi that I like it when I see Shefali suffer. Bhoomi tells Baisa that she will tell her a secret about Shefali.
Shefali is in her room, thinking, that good Devika saved me today, when Baisa walks in to show Shefali some saris, then she looks at Shefali and acts surprised, Shefali wants to know what the matter. Baisa hesitatingly asks her, her age. Asks her if she is older than Arjun. Shefali tells Baisa you also think that. Baisa tells her that someone else also told her the same thing. Baisa tells her to take care of her self, and get some treatment for the wrinkles that are showing.
Baisa leaves, comes out laughing and meets Bhoomi, both have a good laugh at Shefali's expense.
Bhoomi goes to see Shefali, Shefali tells her that she does not want any more hurdles in the marriage. Bhoomi tells her to take Arjun out somewhere, so that he forgets everything except her. Shefali tells her that its no use as Arjun can never forget Bhoomi. Bhoomi tells her to dress specially and go to a romantic place. Shefali's imagination has just started running wild, when Bhoomi brings her back to reality chutki baja ke.
Shefali chooses a sari, and tells Bhoomi ab dekhna mein kaisa jadoo chalati hoon, Arjun ki toh chutti kar doongi. Bhoomi thinks to herself that now she is the one who will do the jadoo, aur chutti Arjun ki nahin tumhari (Shefali) hogi.

Everyone is deciding what sweets to order and Shefali or someone says Gulab Jamun, and Arjun says that no Gulab Jamun, as neither Bhavri nor he likes them. The Mathai Shopwala is there and he says that Gulab Jamuns have been ordered for Bhoomi by Arjun before.
