Check her tight bun photo from the cosmopolitan awards..she has a big fcrehead,

She also has wavy South Indian beautiful hairs like Rekha, Hema Malini.and Sridevi...at 16 maybe she was not into straightening hairs

Deepika as a teenager pic

Her hair looks fine to me. If you check her recent pictures she has thin hair even today. The pic you posted is from a modelling assignment there are harsh lighting in the pic.

wavy south indian hair????? what on earth is that supposed to mean? don't north Indians also have wavy hair? I can still remember karisma and kareena's awful bushy hair way before hair straightening became all the rage.
