Are they going to show swayams parents I mean dont u need a consent or something to operate and friends can't do that i think ??

Swayam is above 18 so he can give consent(any child above 12 can give consent).
N if he is unconscious,then his teacher can give consent in the abscence of his guardians.
N if no one is available to give consent,docter can do surgery without consent(emergency doctrine)

It's called implied consent. If the patient is unconscious and no guardian is available, doctors assume that the patient would want treatment in case of emergencies.
