Undoubtedly, Prem.

As it is, Raghav dislikes Prem so much. If he sees Prem hitting on Kalpi, he will definitely go red with anger.

Raghav: "Kalpana, tum kisi ke saath bhi ghoomo mujhe koi fark nahi padta lekin Prem nahin"

Kalpana: " Kyun sir main chahe kisi ke bhi saath jaoon, aap hote kaun hai mujhe dating advice dene wale"

Raghav: "Main kaun hoon? Yeh tum mujhse pooch rahi ho? I love you damn it. Main pyaar karta hoon tumse"

I am favoring boarding school friend too Nandini...
For simple reason... I want someone who knows Kalpi in and out.. and who helps Raghav open his eyes, how to take care of delicate flower like her..!! Like.. what she likes, what are her dreams, how to help her fight (rather then just being ignorant.. and let her do on her own..), teach kalpi karate.. etc..

But if anyone possess so much knowledge about Kalpi, then he might surely be in love with Kalpi.. So.. what I prefer is, that guy should just be friend.. and already having gf, about whom Kalpi knows but Raghav doesn't.

i think in mein se koi bhi uske sath hoga tou raghav jealous hojaega b/c in love koi bhi apna partner kisi k bhi sath share nhe kar sakta 🤢

My 1st vote goes 2 Kalpi's boarding school friend. Tht friend must be a business partner of Raghav. He may even handle the Alibaug project. My next vote goes to Prem. Bt since oly 1 vote is allowed, I wil go for Boarding school friend.
