Raji gets upset when Sumathi's uncle put chain on Karthik's neck..Leaves the place.Vishnu and Lakshmi advises karthik to tell the truth to sumathis father...Karthik hesitates to tell as it may affect Sumathi's life.Raji returns to them as if nothing has happened.When karthik tried to call her in the night she didn't pick his call..He asks Vishnu to try her number..Raji talks to Vishnu..Karthik is very upset for raji behaving indifferently with him..Vishnu consoles him that everything will be alright soon..The next day Raji talks to karthik in an indifferent way.. says that she is upset with what he has done.. so needs time to cool down..She keeps avoiding karthik..tells Lakshmi that she won't come to Singapore if karthik comes..Karthik gets upset...Raji decides to keep distance from Karthik, shifts her seat to a different place..Karthik goes to her new place to pacify her asks her to comeback to her old seat.. but raji refuses...

Shyam an employee of the same office meets Raji and tells her that he started loving her since he met her on the day of interview...tells bad about karthik...asks her not to believe him..Raji gets angry and tells him that she and karthik loves each other deeply..and they cant live without eachother..it is not timepass love...this fight is just to understand each other...even if she don't get karthik she won't marry anyone else..but live in his memories..Karthik overhears this, gets emotional...Vishnu and Lakshmi keeps on trying to prove raji's love on karthik..Meanwhile Sumathi meets Raji to inform that her lover Arun's arraival is getting delayed as he couldn't get leave..She tells raji that her family is going to print the wedding cards so she has come to tell karthik about this as he may get tensed..On hearing about karthik and raji's fight she assures Raji that she will not be a problem between them..and will not put karthik in trouble who has helped her..and will soon solve this problem..

Shyam again meets raji and tells her that he wants to be her friend..Raji tells him not to disturb her..But Shyam continues to irritate her..says he can put his hands on her.Karthik comes there hearing this..warns him to stay away from Raji ..as she is his Girl...Raji gets emotional..The next day when karthik tried to talk to Raji normally she asks him to solve Sumathi problem first and then she'll talk to him as before..She accepts her love on karthik and can't live without him..but is unable to accept sumathi issue..Karthik tries to convince her but raji is adamant in her decision..Lakshmi's mother is coming to Chennai for treatment and is going to stay with her for few months..So karthik shifted his residence..Raji is curious to know where he is staying..Karthik tells that he has rented a separate house and only one girl is allowed there..Raji teasingly asks is it sumathi...

When Karthik Vishnu Lakshmi and padhu were in reception area.. Sumathi's father and uncle comes there with the invitation card..say that they have come to give the first invitation to him..Lakshmi and Vishnu asks karthik what is all this...Karthik asks them not to tell about this to Raji he ll solve it before that. ..but Raji just in time comes there ..sees the invitation card and furiously throws it on karthik and leaves..karthik gets upset and tensed..

COO of Nettch,Sekar meets Viswanathan .Asks for some details..Vichu asks him to get the details from the concerned persons..He tells that the company can't afford the salary he is asking for so he has to take it from Chairman..COO complains that no one respects him and no one is coming to office in time..Vichu makes David explain the reason behind that...employees are working late hours and go back home late and come to office late..Vichu tells sekar to take more responsibilities to get more respect. Vichu comes to know about the matter that sekar is intentionally delaying the approval for OD..He slams him for that and for his intentions..says that he can chase him away within a day..but he doesn't want to do that..

Madan meets Swetha and asks her about the new recruitments...Swetha tells that new heads are going to join soon.Madan is not happy with that idea..he gets angry on Swetha..Manju and others support and appreciates her efforts and advises madan not to fight with swetha..Swtha tells them that nothing is going to change ..Mohan is going to continue in the same designation...new team is going to take the additional work..

Raji telling shyam about her love on karthik..karthik over hearing that and getting emotional..

KArthik slamming shyam for disturbing raji and she getting emotional...both the scenes are best..

RVL and padhu in canteen discussing about karthik...the entire scene was fun watching.. raji signaling padhu to ask about karthik's whereabouts...VLP kalaiching raji...karthik teasing VLRP... raji teasing him back saysing adhu sumathi thaane' ...at the end the final touch by karthik enaku kobame varala...' ... feel good scene..
