I personally have no issues of him doing it as long as the makers DO NOT romanticize it and actually shows it as wrong - as they did yesterday

Ok..saw this scene again in the repeat and still feel it wasn't bad enough to be called sexual intimidation!
Nothing about the situation is fair! As viewers we know Paro is totally innocent but she is still shielding an evil man so it's not fair to Rudra!
The thing is...he is now constantly looking to emphasise what the meaning of this marriage to him is for her...when he walked in I am sure he planned to find her and put the bangles at some point.
But he saw her struggling with the necklace and called out to her to stop...then he spoke about how the relation would give him rights to call her Paro and how she could call him anything she wanted.
He was trying to make her feel how it would be to have him in the place of the loving husband she had dreamed of and behaving like the living husband too! And the necklace unclasping was a continuation of that...he was behaving as a husband...!
If he had said anything like see you would have to put up with these touches or it's my right to come close to you etc then it's deliberate physical intimidation!
In fact what he did the at morning..the chai scene was deliberate...why wasn't that wrong...only because he was unintentionally affected by that...! And that's exactly why he wouldn't try the same thing again!
So I feel he was only emphasising the loving husband image...if he wanted to scare her by indicating this aspect of being married to him he would have tried it a long time ago!

Ha ha...That picture!! No not quite...but the ones...who threaten to take the heroines modesty away and sadistically enjoy the moment to see her reaction😆

Any way...Rudy boy is not what he is pretending to be...so I will cut him some slack this time...😊

Thanks to all who bore with me...presented different points of view and reasoned and made light of it as well those who shared the pain with me...LOVED IT ALL!!!😃

I saw the repeat telecast of the yesterday's episode twice. He did hestitate to touch for a second when she asked then proceeded indifferently to help her like he did in the kitchen seen few days back when he helped her put a bottle on a shelf she couldn't reach. He removed the necklace as gently as possible. If she wasn't pressed against that wall, he may not have invaded her personal space. To him helping her seems to be a natural thing. Thats probably why he implies that he didn't want to touch her.
The mind games started only when he brought out the bangles. That's when he consciously tried to taunt her physically and emotionally. And Paro pointed it out to him. So whatever they both are upto, they are evenly matched for now.
When KCM showed up, Rudra stood by Paro and made sure that everyone knew what they were doing is what most engaged couples do and nothing is undignified about it. Even in his desperation he makes sure that her honour is not questioned. For me this proves that even if he pushes the thin line of decency, he will not cross it.

You do have a really plus point for the image we should have for this Major but I think ,he did it deliberately for sending vibes of scare to shiver her to her core so she just signed those papers.
Nice Post and caps😊

You have a good point but rudra is dbg all this only to break her. He Fir this idea the day he went to laila n knew if he tries to seduce her paro will feel uncomfortable n may b draw back from marriage n sign those papers. No wonder CV s r doing these scenes to gain trps but they have shown d scenes sensibly.so chill. Rudra is d same decent guy inside.😊

You said it correctly...Rudra is more of a predator here rather than a "lover". Even the music was different...temple bells...but I also felt the undertow of attraction...so while not romantic it was definitely sensual. The two were good in this scene.

DDC1, not sure how much you have read that I have written before...but squeaky clean is not my expectation...but what I have liked about Rudra is how vulnerable he himself is...and not a cold manipulative aggressor...that aspect was missing today...

Why a female lead puts up with harassment is really not the answer ..is it?

I read Sushpective :-)
I've watched the episode now.. I don't think he actually touches her neck, only almost does. He is vulnerable but only in certain aspects, where his job is concerned he is a Rakshas and he will do whatever it takes to get it back. If he wanted to be manipulative he would have turned up the heat on the one who was meekly standing there with closed eyes.
So my take-aggressor yes manipulative no.
