Need of bsession control depends on several factors including

the reciprocation of obsession from the other individual,
your age,
responsibilities, maturity, economic independence
nature of relation sought via obsession

Ah, somebody gets what I am trying to convey, I think.😆 Obsession has a negative connotation to it; The addiction I talk of is result of companionship or wanting companionship (friendly, family-like, no romantic alliance) and is based off adulation, respect and admiration.😛

Addiction and Obsession- 2 very different things.

Addiction, may be as your genuine respect for them, or feel the need to be with them or just see them 😳 maybe just for companionship.

Now Obsession, wooooo thats Stalker like, lolz, Not nice having a stalker, trust me, i had a semi-stalker like Last year.... 😭

I am not obsessed with anyone or anything. About addiction well! I am addicted to few things but IF. But those are the things which are not harmful. I am not addicted to people but there are some whom I love dearly in real life and I can't do without them or I think I can't do without them. In virtual life I am not addicted to anyone but if my close friends are missing then I wonder.

Addicted to reading - no harm done there, so no rehab required.

Obsessed about my good looks, great singing voice and exceptional artistic talent (rather, lack of thereof 😉 😆 )

Eggy, I would join you in rehab, but it has to be Barista's (There Classic Capuccino is to die for!) Not that I am an addict!!!

Addicted to a person wherein they are a part of your life ... you think of them all the time. Isn't that love? 😉 😆

Alright, so if not love... a rather strong bond with someone who has become an integral part of your life and shared many a moment with you...well that's my and my best friend. Lately we've spent so much of our time together, not doing something with her has been strange. And even when I'm at home or doing something on my own... I'll think of what she'd say or do. 😆 Yeah, I guess we're addicted to each others' company..we just get along so well.

As they say if you love someone set them free , applies also to if you hate someone let it go.. Love and hate are differentiated by thin demarcation line and i guess both emotions can be obssesive.

I addicted to all to whom im close....and never imagine to miss them at all...

addiction is not a disease....it's like habbit.. u used to be with friends and family and dont want to leave/miss them at any cost...
Addiction is a term that has been used in many ways....
