The ever-dignified Hema Malini, who was invited to the AbhiAsh wedding, didn't attend since her daughters Esha and Ahana hadn't been invited (sort of silly, no?).
Randhir Kapoor, who was also invited, chose not to attend and spent the evening with his wife Babita (it was her birthday) and their two daughters, Karisma and Kareena.

What were Raj Kanwar and Ramesh Taurani doing there, when A-listers and supposed good friends like Rakesh Roshan and the Khans (Feroz, Fardeen, Saif, etc.) weren't invited? Sure, AbhiAsh did Kanwar's Dhai Akshar Prem Ke together, but at that time AB Jr was dating Karisma Kapoor, no?
Jodha Akbar director Ashutosh Gowariker and his wife Sunita were also invited, but Ash's co-star Hrithik Roshan was strangely given the miss. Why?
