Keep on doing karma don't worry of the result!
Why sir, if no result why should one continue doing karma. Okay if while doing karam results are not positive..... for encouragement u can say that. But if karma is only done to achieve fruit then whats wrong, if fruit doesn;t come ur way then there is something wrong don't continue doing karm.
The fruits you reap are from the seeds you sow. There is always that chance you are not actually doing your karma or duty in the manner in which it ought to be done or IT can be done. There is always that chance that you dont need the fruit now, but actually one week later and it shall come drop in your lap when you need it the most.
I dont believe one should do things with the expectation of obtaining a fruit or reward or something in return.... which means you are putting a condition on your very act... your action has a price tag of "the reward" and if the reward is not to your expectation, then follows the disappointment.
Instead if you do things/ your duty the way you think it fit and proper and accept the rewards which come your way as the fitting tribute to your action, contentment sets in, and with it comes happiness. (this contentment is not the one that is accompanied by complacency, but what I mean is the peace of mind)

No matter who is front of you speak, if CEO is saying something wrong don't hesitate speak up, as sach ki hamesha vijay hoti hai.
Speak the truth, but in a manner which is palatable. Kadwa sach hurts the stomach at times😊
Question for debate::
- Should a person go against basic golden rules layed by society to expect gain by expecting results out of karma and benefitted by saying the lie?
No. Answered above. I believe each of us receive the fruits of our actions in this very life time itself. So why not do as much to make the fruit as sweet as possible, without worrying when it will come, for its arrival was never in question, just its ETA is a bit blurred at times.
- "Satyameva Jayate" needs reconsideration?
No. Truth always wins, provided one gives time for it to win. If you stop the game before it is over, the fault cant be of Truth.
