Exactly, people can sulk all they want but the man is now touching 50 and no way is that cute at 50.

Besides, he doesn't even look all that charming in that video. Salman got "hot" pretty late in his life like around the late 90's in Jab pyaar kisise hota hai and early 2000's like Chori Chori Chupke Chupke.

Because of his nature, and how he shaped up his mind over the years.
Salman was always famous as a hot headed person right from the start, but over the years he had cultivated the image of a bully (to levels of being emotionally cruel to others), highly arrogant and power-hungry person + his failed relations and addiction in recent passed years to alcholhal made him aged not so gracefully (although he is handsome then many others in B'wood, but still one clearly gets negative vibes from his personality now, contrary to his initial years in showbiz industry).
