I guess sirji is introduced as a supervisor for the team. I mean someone who handles discipline issues , leaves etc of the cadets.I mean someone in charge of the batch. But usually such people will train atleast one thing. I dont know what sirji is going to teach the cadets. Otherwise they are responsible for the batch and SPOC of the batch in any need.

I feel she is like the SG in our college. I mean every batch in the college has a SG or senior guide. Throughout our college life SG is the one who will handle our queries, complaints etc related to exams, assingments, industry visits, tour programmes etc in other words anything related to academic curriculum.

SG will generally be a senior professor who has impeccable integrity and can be a role model to students. They might teach us one or 2 subjects but they are the ones who will involved with our batch. 😃

Sirji will definitely play a major role in the future... She can't sleep without taunting Sandy...

But we must accept one thing... becoz of her taunts Suraj was able to find out Sandy's lack of confidence... And his motivational words will be echoed always whenever Sandy faces trouble... nd next time she will hear those words when Sirji blasts her...

Though we don't like Sandy getting blasts... but these blasts make our girl more determined... She was determine to win when Zakir made fun of her... She will tell to her Suraj that ur Sandy will definitely prove herself... nd finally she will prove...😃😃
