Woah woah woah! Besides the fact that Shikha refuses to get help from anyone that is GENUINELY trying to help her, she chooses to believe the one person that was lying/ going to lie! I totally knewww that the fake mother would go against Shikha in the trial! Anyways, that being said, I haven't seen people so unprepared to fight in court. 😕 They were relying on 2 witnesses, and that's it? That has never been enough to win a case!

Moving on to Aditya/Sameer's side..first of all, his lawyer really p*sses me off! The way she asked Shikha to prove her evidence of being a married woman. Come on! As Shikha pointed out, why the hell would she want to be associated with him. Plus faking a mangalsutra and stuff is so easy anyways, that's horrible evidence. Finally, since WHEN and what century do you need to prove your marriage in order to get a DNA test? And plus, its not like Sameer/Aditya needs to take the test, Shikha and the baby do! Which would not be hard to obtain given the circumstances! This whole court room is out of order! Ahhh!! So frustrating.

I really hope Shikha finally accepts help from the brother and sister, and also finally from the stalker!! Hopefully then they will be able to win. Because I honestly want to see her win the trial, not lose and get 'revenge' later!

You are right, I hope now Shikha will open her eyes. Aaditya tried to kill her, he killed inspector Naik too still this lady wants to fight case in the court.

That question about Sindoor and Mangalsutra was ridiculous, judge should not have allowed her to ask such a silly questions.

Don't u think that neeraj (avinesh ) is the biggest witness of this case...why shikha didn't believe him...she believed sameer's fake mother but not neeraj who helped her so many times...what a dumb show this is...so many loopholes...my husband saw this episode first time and said what dumbness is this...dna is the biggest proof and told me that what stupidity r u watching...he was laughing at the court trial episode...

I know. He can accept and tell the judge that Aditya/Sameer paid him to stalk Shikha. Madhurima's step-siblings can also help her, there is no reason not to trust them. Also, the whole DNA test thing would not take much effort for Shika or Manav. Under these circumstances, that's the one and only thing that will prove Shikha's case for sure. But maybe in India its different? Especially with Aditya being so wealthy and able to buy off so many people!

This show is getting crazier by the episode. Shikha should have asked the stupid lawyer what if same ear had raped a woman and a kid was born

Oh come on...india is a developed country...she stayed with sameer for 2 years...still she doesn't have a single family pic of them...what rubbish...everybody takes their child's pics now a days on their phone...she is not a village girl she is educated...she knows that sameer burnt that resort where he tried to kill her...her house is in mumbai she can give that evidence and the neighbours...she can win the case easily...this show had so nuch potential but they completely ruined it becoz of illogical things...

Just in regards to the pictures, he got rid of everything that belonged to them. Including pictures and their phones.

However, you are right about those neighbours! Haven't thought about them yet.. 🤔

She is gonna lose the case...madhurima will become MD and then shikha will change herself by plastic surgery...and i m sure sameer will fall for her just like khoon bhari maang...this court trial shouldn't be in the story right now...

I'd rather her win in a court trial! That whole getting plastic surgery + getting revenge is so done before!

^ Yeah well she is supposed to undergo a makeover this week. Since today will go by in the trial, I'm betting either tomorrow or Friday the makeover is going to happen.
