Woah woah woah! Besides the fact that Shikha refuses to get help from anyone that is GENUINELY trying to help her, she chooses to believe the one person that was lying/ going to lie! I totally knewww that the fake mother would go against Shikha in the trial! Anyways, that being said, I haven't seen people so unprepared to fight in court. 😕 They were relying on 2 witnesses, and that's it? That has never been enough to win a case!
Moving on to Aditya/Sameer's side..first of all, his lawyer really p*sses me off! The way she asked Shikha to prove her evidence of being a married woman. Come on! As Shikha pointed out, why the hell would she want to be associated with him. Plus faking a mangalsutra and stuff is so easy anyways, that's horrible evidence. Finally, since WHEN and what century do you need to prove your marriage in order to get a DNA test? And plus, its not like Sameer/Aditya needs to take the test, Shikha and the baby do! Which would not be hard to obtain given the circumstances! This whole court room is out of order! Ahhh!! So frustrating.
I really hope Shikha finally accepts help from the brother and sister, and also finally from the stalker!! Hopefully then they will be able to win. Because I honestly want to see her win the trial, not lose and get 'revenge' later!
