Pavitra Rishta Written Update 17th February 2014

Episode starts with Naren sitting down somewhere outside, he gathers some newspapers, plastic and lies down on them like a homeless man, he curls up in the cold and goes to sleep. Ankita comes looking for Naren and finds him there.

She sits down beside him and calls his name, he gets up, she asks him what is he doing here? Attu had called that he wasn't at home, everybody is worried abt him! Why is he there?

Naren tells her, he cannot talk to her as Attu has forbidden him. Ankita says okay don't talk to me but at least tell me what ur doing here and if he came there then why didn't he come into the house?

Naren says I told u I wont talk to u but ur going on asking me questions! Okay u go an asking I wont answer!

Ankita tells him, okay don't talk to me, just answer my questions. Why did u come here? To meet me?

Naren says he came there to meet Ahana, just to see her as hes not allowed to meet Ahana or talk to her!

Ankita says, so u saw her, now come with me! He refuses, says he will go by himself. Ankita persuades him to come with her and pulls him along inspite of his protests!

Naren and Ankita are going home in a taxi. Naren tells her hes not taking her along, shes coming with him! And hes still not talking to her!

She asks him why he wont talk to her? He says she can talk to him but he wont! She asks what mistake has she made that he wont talk to her? Naren says of course she made a mistake, he had told her not to take action against Raunak, still u called the police and sent him to jail! Do u know how angry Attu is? And I am too...I had told them that I will solve everything but u didn't give me time for that!

Naren says, we had taken wedding vows that we will never leave each other? You left me in a moment! Didn't even call me once to ask how I was doing! You know I cant go to sleep without you!

Ankita tells him, Sir, even I cant go to sleep without you! Truly!

Naren says, I still don't want to talk to u, I will stay here only...he makes a stubborn face and looks away.

Ankita looks sad, then touches his shoulder and says sorry. He says she can talk but he wont! She holds his cheek and turns his face towards her. He still looks glum, she holds her ears, hes acting stubborn, she puts her head on his shoulder and hugs him. He doesn't push her away.

Hotel room:

Purvi checks her mobile and thinks, Oh God! Phone is switched off, that's why I was wondering why Im not getting any calls?

Rishabh comes into the room. Purvi stands up and says, You? I was actually going to call you! I thought that after dinner...actually my phone isn't working.

RK says, ur phone stopped working? Don't worry, I will give u another one! Theres some paperwork pending, Im getting that done, that's why its taking time! You had dinner?

Purvi says, Yes. RK tells her he was thinking that if she was ready, then...? Purvi asks, Ready for what?

RK tells her they have to go to a conference to sign some papers. I had told you! Purvi asks but at this time? RK says, for me work matters, not time! Theres no fixed time for work in my company, u also get used to this! And anyway, this meeting is very important, nothing much, need some signatures and complete some formalities! After that u and I will become 50-50 partners in business!

Purvi says, Mr Kapoor, all that is fine but isn't all this rather strange? RK tells her his lawyers have come from Australia and tomorrow morning is their return flight! That's why they have to attend the meeting right away. He tells her to get ready! Purvi asks him, Ready? Wont these clothes do?

He says, No! wait! He goes to the wardrobe and takes out a black and white trouser suit, he tells her, This dress is for you, you wear this! I had it made especially for you! Actually I forgot to tell u on the way, it's a formal meeting so if u wear formal clothes, then u will look very nice! I just recalled on the way so I called my Manager and arranged this dress for you! Don't worry, if u don't like this dress, then I will get u something else!

Purvi forces a smile, No its okay! RK says, Great, then u wear this and I will wait for u downstairs!

RK leaves the room, Purvi picks up the suit and looks at it.

Hotel Lobby:

Pia is in the lobby, trying to call Purvi. She thinks aloud, I cant get Maushi on the phone, shes probably with those people! And they must have switched off her phone! What shd I do? Let me ask the receptionist. Maybe she would be able to tell me something?

Pia is just going to the reception when Chaddha comes to the desk and asks, Excuse me, which room is Mr Rishabh Kapoor staying in? receptionist asks him, who are you? He says, Im Deepak Chaddha! Receptionist says, so ur Chaddha Sir? Rishabh Kapoor has left a message for u, to wait for him in Room 1304. He will meet u there!

Chaddha takes the room key from the desk and leaves. Chaddha was leaving when a guy comes and tells him that he cant find that girl, they looked for her everywhere but no sign of her. Sir, our guys are keeping an eye on that girl's car but actually problem is none of us know how what she looks like?

Chaddha tells the guy to go and take help from the Hotel Security guys! Theres a CCTV camera at the main gate, look at the footage and recognize that girl, her car is here, she must be in this hotel! If that girl isn't found, then all our plans will be ruined! And Rishabh Kapoor must not find out abt this or else u know very well what will happen to you! You understand? What are u looking at me for, go and search for her!

The guy says okay and leaves, Chaddha also leaves, Pia who has heard them talk, looks warily at them.

Karmarkar House:

Shekhar walks in and asks Sunanda if Naren has been found? Attu tells him no. Shirish talks to the commissioner to employ his full force to find out Naren!

Naren comes in with Ankita. Sunanda asks, where were you so late at night? Where would we look for you?

Naren looks back at Ankita, Sunanda grills her why she told on the phone that Naren wasn't with her? Anki tells Attu that Naren was sitting outside her home. Naren asks Attu not to scold Ahana as she didn't know he was outside her house. Sunanda says ok, thanks for bringing Naren back home, now you can go.

Ankita turns to leave but Naren stops her, he asks Attu, but where will Ahana go? She lives here naa..this is Ahana's home so she will live here! I read that girls live at their husband's home after marriage. But we wont talk to her as we are angry at her! I wont talk to her, u don't either, Shekhar wont either, nor will Dad or Kinnari talk to her, okay?

Shekhar looks at Ankita and thinks, so this is the girl that Naren thinks as Ahana?. Sunanda asks Naren if he wants Ankita to stay there as his wife, he says Yes!

Sunanda says, Alright, if you want her to live here then she can stay but we won't live in this house. We will all leave this house, I, ur dad, Raunak is in jail so he is out of the question, his wife Kinnari, we will all leave this house! And yes, even Rushali when she returns from London will live with us.

Sunanda says, this girl means a lot to you then, u love her a lot, u cannot live without her, fine! I respect your feelings but I can't live with her under the same roof. Its sad that this girl just came into ur life a few days ago, but for her sake he will let all of them leave? You want her to live with u okay, we wont live with you!

Sunanda asks him not to forget that Raunaq is in jail because of Ankita. She tells Shirish, we will leave this house right now! Shirish tells Naren, I didn't question you before but I want to tell you something. On wedding night every man is with his wife! Raunaq was with Kinnari on his wedding night. If u want u can ask her, if u don't believe her then its ur opinion, but I have faith in Raunak, if u want to live with this girl in this house then do so, I am leaving!

Naren kneels down and begs his dad and Attu not to leave. He says, Nobody will leave, Please dad! I want to live with you all. Ankita tells him to get up, makes him get up and says, no one shall leave because I am going. Naren looks at her in shock, he tells her not to leave, the rest of them are angry but he will convince them in 5 mins! She just has to wait outsid for 5 mins!

Ankita tells Naren, I cannot live her, if u love me then u will accept my wish. Let me leave, Sir!

She says, I don't want you to feel helpless in front of everyone. She asks him to promise that he won't follow her to her house. Naren feels bad, he protests, but Ankita says please, shes crying and she leaves the house. Naren looks morosely at his family and goes upstairs.

Shekhar thinks, I know what to do in Court tomorrow.

Arjun's house:

Arjun returns from hospital. Ovi helps him sit down on the couch. She asks Arjun how he feels. Arjun says I am fine, she has asked her that question 10 times in last 2 hrs, he tells her to eat something.

Ovi says, I will get soup for you. She goes to another room and calls Pia, asks her how she is doing. Pia says, I am fine but I cant find Maushi, don't know where she went! Ovi says, what do u mean she cant be found? Call and ask her where she is? Pia says she has tried many times but Purvi's phone is switched off! Don't know where she went, I will go upstairs and look for her in every room!she must be somewhere!

Meanwhile Arjun was asking Ovi to bring his phone charger, when Ovi doesn't answer he goes looking for her. Ovi tells Pia may be she went out for some work, why are u so tense? I mean u don't have any proofs against RK! You are just doubting on RK. Pia says, Mom, that RK has brought Maushi here on purpose! RK has some other plan and we can't trust him. Ovi says, then I shall come there, Arjun is back from the hospital so I can leave.

Arjun comes and asks Ovi, whom are you talking to? You were talking abt Purvi right? I was standing right here, I heard Purvi's name. why do u look tense? What is the problem? Did something happen to Purvi? Who were u talking to? Give me the phone!

Ovi looks tensed. Arjun takes her phone and looks at it, he says you were talking to Pia but she is in Australia! What were u telling Pia abt Purvi? Tell me clearly whats the matter!

Then Ovi tells him everything about Pia, working in his company with the name Priya. Arjun asks, Pia? But she said her name was Priya, that was Pia? Ive met her so many times but why didn't u tell me shes Pia? And why did she hide her name from me? Shes so grown up, but why did u two lie to me? Why are u crying? Whats the matter?

Ovi cries and tells him that he was in the hospital so she hid something from him! Pia is in Pune... she followed RK and went there. Arjun wonders why is Pia following RK? Ovi tells him RK took Purvi there, Pia feels he can do wrong with Purvi. Arjun asks, what is going on? Why did RK take Purvi to Pune and what will he do to her? Tell me clearly! Ovi says, RK is a murderer. Arjun is shocked.

Hotel Conference Room in Pune:

RK and Purvi come for the meeting. Meanwhile Pia is sneaking up the stairs, she looks at a room number.

RK introduces Purvi to his Board members and employees, to his lawyer, Inamdar, his investment agent, Mehta. The Lawyer asks Purvi to sign on the papers. Purvi looks at the file marked confidential, she asks, what is this for?

Rk says, from today everything I own is yours. Purvi asks what he means, he asks her to check it herself. She reads the power of attorney. She asks him why the power of attorney? RK says, I told u everything I own is urs, and anyway we are going to get married soon and wife has the biggest right on husband's property. What are u thinking? Will u refuse to get married now?

He makes Purvi sign on the papers. She looks wary and suspicious but signs. Photographer takes their photo. RK says, this is very important step for me so I want to preserve the memories and my lawyers also want this! One last sign here...Purvi signs the final page, RK announces, from today power of attorney for all my properties is in Purvi's name and u all are the witnesses! Purvi looks tensed. The others congratulate her and applaud. Purvi forces a smile.

PRECAP: Chaddha is asking RK, If u don't mind, can I ask u something? If u wanted to kill Purvi then why this whole drama of wedding? RK says, shes a part of my big plan! Actually its Purvi's bad luck that she resembles Sonia!
