Only in EK shows people with same face resemblance meet. I really want to search a lady who has EK face. so that we can replace current EK with new.

I don't think Ekta would kill ArVi off, not knowing the fanbase they have. I think by writing them out by having Arjun leave for treatment is the perfect way to leave fans happy while paving the way for a possible return if any.
