Its the season of romcoms now and that too quality romcoms. These days the films are having good female leads with strong performances, no item song and flower pots. I m loving this time. I loved Parineeti and Alias roles, as well as Priyanka, Vidya, Kangna and Sonam and also Yami. I guess only Gulaab Gang is one film not a romcom but Its a good film. I am noticing female centric roles are getting good reviews.

I just love this season of romcoms now.😆

One's a Action/Drama with romance in it. Other is a Drama with Romance

if not well made

rom coms are boring🥱

HTP was funny but the story was of a kekta serial one

I mean down to earth films, didnt actually have the alternate word to romcom heh. I am so happy now, qualilty films with good music and story.

Hasee Toh Phasee is just about the only romcom in recent times that I enjoyed.

Not everyone can make good romcoms, and the ones who do often cannot do it again.

I thought Salaam Namaste, JTYJN and Hum Tum were great romcoms, but the directors of each of these films have never been able to replicate that success, ever.

Speaking of romcoms, did anyone else like Jhoota Hi Sahi? Well not really the John and girl bits, but the whole friends angle which made up like half of the film. Omar, Kruthika, Aliya, the gay one and Sid. Aah they were so funny. 😆

Agree 👍🏼..Rom coms well made are a treat to watch..I would like to add Socha na Tha,and EMAET to your list.. enjoyed these movies a lot..Loved HTP..❤️..One of the best rom coms i have watched too..
