Great post
He knew instinctively what her response would be and tried to protect her
He knows that she is landing herself in trouble and his instinct is to shield her

Hello Eveline,
Very nice post😊
I think it was more of his military reflexes that made him grasp her wrist before she could jump in the fray, rather than any deep emotional insight...that said, he is constantly focused on her and alert to even the slightest change in her, be it situational, mental or emotional.

Firstly, good initial analysis and this one above too.
My pov is that there is slight mix of both intuitive and military reflexes.

Now the first time they met and that motorbike blew up he was fighting but turned and ran to hold her just as if he knew she was going to faint! I initially thought it was filmy drama but they have been showing more of that like when he knows she is trying to say something with out seeing her.

Now, when aman says there is no real evidence that she knows any thing and asks rudra what he really thought about her involvement in the gun trafficking, rudra's initial response was yes he agreed with aman but later conveniently changed it slightly making it look to me as if he was swimming against the tides of his own feelings.

Holding her hand, could be a military response to hold something that you don't want to move! Same as in the precap attack and hold the thing that almost touches you with out your knowledge. They are trained for quick reflexes...

I think there is an element of both surfacing in his reactions and which is looking good...

@Bold: BANG ON!!! Very true!! He is fighting with himself at present and is in slightly confused state of mind where emotions regarding Paro are concerned. The emotions are not at all right now about LOVE but the trust in her, believing in her, seeing her character from close quarters has given him a different perspective about her and hence now he also is slowing aggreeing that Paro is an innocent but wants to retain her so that he can uncover the fraud that Thakur is.

By the way, great post Eve! Agree with each and every word of yours!!
