Finally Doctor getting help from city

I was wondering why the doctor wasn't getting more help, informing higher authorities about what is turning out to be a widespread growing health problem. In US I know CDC would have been informed, there would have been a team helping out trying to figure out problem. I am sure there may be something similar if not in the same scale. I am glad that the doctor has realized that he alone can't fight this.

Yes finally ...doctor kaka went to the city to get help...I just hope show moves faster from next week...it's a bit slow...
