Hi

I am noticing a new trend these days.. almost all leading ladies in TV serials are stopped putting Bindis these days.. is it new trend in India or what?

Bani, Rano, Pia used to put cute bindis.. these days Bani don't even put sindur despite being married woman.. (even before Rano n her amnesia)

Smiriti is not putting Bindi in Viruudha, so is Renuka shnai in Jeena issi ka naam hai.. both of them look awful.. almost all leading actress from Balaji unit are also doing the same..

To tell you truth I don't like this trend at all... I live in USA still Bindi is must for me

I think they look pretty without them!

Bindis are becoming old fashioned according to me. ( no offense to anyone)

Why only bindis?

Even sindoor is forgotten .. I have no problems at all - just an observation ..

I've noticed that too. Bani always used to wear that small black round bindi in the beginning of the show. The non-bindi stage started soon after Pia started destroying their lives...symbolism?

Guyz, bindi has more to do w/ tradition and culture than with fashion. Granted, the new styles and colors made it seem like fashion a while ago, but originally bindi wasn't meant for fashion 😛 So how can it be out of fashion if it never was IN fashion in the first place? 😉
