I read the sender's email and no she didn't use any "yuck" words. Sure she expressed her frustrations but it was done in a proper way. What she sent didn't warrant that sort of response.

What is wrong with these ppl?? We are the reason they have jobs. If we all gave up on Madhubala or on Colors then Mr. Big Shot ends up in the unemployment line as Colors will go bye bye.
