Thanks! I'm going to go with Ash. Most loved, I don't know, but I'm sure she's the most well known. I have also yet to meet anyone who knows who SRK is unless they were of Indian descent.

Shahrukh and Aishwarya are a huge reason behind Bollywood's international success, everywhere you go non Indians will always mention these two when hearing the word Bollywood; I'm not Indian either!
