Region to Region practices change ...so where it is ok to marry cousins in some there is a restriction in who is marriageable an not in other regions and in some cultures it is totally taboo to marry within your town let alone cousins...

In some parts people marry their maternal uncles and in many parts it would be entirely unthinkable and taboo...

I believe in this context it would be taboo for sunehri to harbor such thoughts (given regional practice)
besides she has seen Rudra at that age and more than anything she considers him her brother.

I think you had enough comments for your post. I believe you are trying to justify Mrs Ashish.

I think you did not watch the serial properly. Rudra is sunheri's brother. So this love triangle can never happen. But rudra, paro and Laila is possible.

After reading all the comments so far the TM did say after that it was a joke. *Point to be noted*

However It is true that in some CULTURES have different views of who that can and can not marry.

The TM is coming from a culture where it's normal for cousins to marry and I'm sure there are many other cultures where it's seen as fine.

My Mama and Mami are married and are first cousins to each other which I'm ok about but PERSONALLY I would never EVER get married to my own cousins be it first/second/third cousins etc. I see them all as my brothers and it'd be like marrying my own brother. 🤢 BUT THAT's JUST ME FOLKS! I'm not saying I look down upon people who do marry to their cousins. NO WAY! It their own choice so as long as their happy.😊

As a Muslim myself I'm not 100% sure if Hindu's do allow cousins to marry cousins, HOWEVER I'm sure that there are some hindu couples like muslim couples are cousins. So no biggy.

P.S can we not compare Beintihaan and Rangrasiya? Against forum rules.

If caused offense to anyone I sincerely apologize. I had no intention to.

P.P.S btw no way is Sundari mistaking Rudra as the boy from the pic. it's aman for sure😉
