Yup - Pooja is right.

She miscarried Aryan's baby, and then had Tannu.

The girl hasn't exactly had the best time of it - her first husband had a kid with one of her sisters, and she miscarried his child, then her second husband also had a kid with her other sister...

Shruti had 2 miscarriages

First one with Aryan
The second was with Sameer's child. Gayatri kidnaps her and she loses her child and is then told that she should not get pregnant because she could die if she does.
Then she gets pregnant anyways because Sameer wants a son and then she delivers Tannu.

Shruti had 3 pregnancies,2 of them she miscarried and the third pregnancy was the birth of Tannu.

First one with Aryan

she wasnt pregant when she got kidnapped she was told at that time beacuse of the kiddnapping and her internal injeries caused by the accicent she had @ that time that she wasnt able to convie naturally i dont think she was pregant when kiddnaped
