Rajeshwari Sachdev joins Bhagyashree for a TV show

TV is an unpredictable medium. But why are we saying so? Well, let us share some interesting piece of news. Earlier, TOI exclusively wrote about Bhagyashree of Maine Pyaar Kiya fame returning to TV with Bhairavi Raichura and Nandita Mehra's untitled show for Star Plus.

Earlier there was a buzz that Varun Badola might bag this show. However, things didn't work out well and the actor was replaced. As per our credible source Rajeshwari Sachdev, the better half of Varun Badola, has bagged this untitled project.

This untitled show is making rounds in the media since a long time now. "Rajeshwari Sachdev, who has acted in daily soaps like Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki and Gubbare will be seen returning to Star Plus post Nach Baliye. She has been zeroed by the channel to play a pivotal role in the show," says source.

Rajeshwari was last seen in the Bollywood flick Issaq opposite Ravi Kissan. We also hear that the show which is based on a Hollywood series 'Missing' is being made for Star Plus's afternoon slot.

All our efforts to reach Rajeshwari were futile

The title "Varunazzi" is trade mark protected only for you Ronit.😉
It or any of its variations cannot be applied to anyone else.😆
I only came across the article by chance!!!
The show is female led but clearly there are no of males supporters and opponents. So I guess they came looking for one character and found a fit for another.
Funny thing is when the first article came about Varun's possible involvement it said he would not be playing the main lead but a pivotal role. I said at the time to Ron that Varun could not be the main lead as its a female. I know that Varun does not looks bad in a dress compared to other men but I am sure he did want to make a career out of it.

Hey Ronit
I think you have mis-understood. The expression "his/her better half" is an very English expression
It is generally used when one person is referring to their partner so I would say this is my better half. The point being to not praise yourself. It is in no way saying that one person is better than another.
So if the sentence started with Rajeshwari it would say ...her better half Varun Badola.
