Hi guys! My name is Ashna. I have been a silent member of this forum ever since the show started, commenting on a post here and there.đ Like all of you I'm a huge fan of Sandhir and the show as a whole. I just wanted to let you guys know that I am not a writer. Infact I dislike writing to a huge extent, being an ardent reader. However I had a few ideas swimming in my head, which I had to pen down. So I hope you guys like it. I really don't know when I'll update next. It all depends on my mood. So enjoy đ
Sandhir SS: What I was missing
He walked aimlessly towards God knows where. He had always wanted her to leave FITE and go home to where she belonged. Randhir Singh Shekhawat had always held strong opinions regarding women, who he believed should get married, produce kids and look after their family. In short, be perfect housewives. Not try to go out there and do a man's job by try to fix machines. Keeping their family fixed would be a big achievement in itself. Even in the 21st century, Randhir's thoughts were fairly regressive, having earned him the title of a MCP from his sworn enemy, Sanyukta Agarwal. That girl had made his life a living hell at FITE and he had sworn to ruin her life, having done so recently by making sure her prospective groom said yes for marriage, giving her no chance to return to FITE again. Sanyukta had unleashed a side of Randhir not many people saw as no one dared to mess him, her being an exception. Although Randhir hated her to the core, recent events shook him to the core.
FLASHBACK:
Prof Vardhaan: Students aap sab toh jaante hi honge ki FITE ki dream team ka hissa hona kitni hi badi achievement hai. Iss college sabse bright students hi iss team ka ek part hone ka chance deserve karte hai. Ek aur baat. Jo bhi students dream team ka hissa banna chahte hai unhe ye jaana hoga ki abse dream team hi unki life hogi. You will be breathing, eating, sleeping the dream team. Agar aap mein se koi bhi iss committment ke liye tayar nahi hai woh abhi ki abhi yahan se jaa sakta hai.
Randhir: (In his mind) Thank god Sanyukta is out of this college. At least I can concentrate on the dream team competition properly now without someone being there to irritate me every step of the way.
Prof Vardhaan: RANDHIR SINGH SHEKHAWAT! Are you listening to what I'm saying?
Randhir: (Snapped out of his thoughts) Yes...yes sir. I'm listening.
Prof Vardhaan: Yes so like I was saying that that...
Dean: VARDHAAN
Everyone turned to look at the door where the dean of FITE came rushing in from, his eyes clearly distressed.
Vardhaan: Kya hua dean? I was in the middle of a very important conversation.
Dean: I know Vardhaan. Lekin iss waqt tum sab ka bahar aana zyada zaroori hai. It's an emergency.
Vidushi: Kya hua sir? Koi important baat hai kya?
Prof Vardhaan: (Turns to glare at her) Of course Vidushi. Dean ne kahan na ki emergency hai toh obviously koi zaroori baat hi hogi. Let's go everyone.
Everyone was anxious to see what was going on and why the dean looked so pained. They all quickly followed him, their minds on an overdrive as to what could have happened. However, no one anticipated what they saw next. The dean came to a standstill infront of the TV, which was blasting the news loudly, attracting the attention of all the students and teachers in the surrounding areas as well, who slowly made their way over as well.
BREAKING NEWS:
Reporter: There is currently very bad traffic jam on the highway from Delhi to Roorkie due to an accident that took place 2 hours ago. A drunk driver crashed a taxi, which is said to have the driver and a young girl in it.
Everyone was confused as to why this was so important. Randhir was equally confused to see the dean distressed as these kinds of incidents, although unfortunate happened every other day. The atmosphere around him had suddenly gone quiet as no one was speaking a word anymore, everyone's eyes fixed to the TV.
Reporter: This was a case of hit and run. The driver has not been found yet however the police are trying their level best. This terrible accident has resulted in the death of the driver whereas the girl is severely injured. The girl has been identified as Sanyukta Agarwal, a student at FITE College from the ID card found near her body. She is currently taken to the city hospital where she is in a critical condition.
