A person has to b missing for 7yrs to be declared legally dead

because in the serial its 5 yaar.....the show is not real ... 😆

you're right.. also, isn't the adoption deed is valid only when dataas has to be both husband and wife and they need to sign if both are alive? and.. I dunno but I think Pia is like single and I think there is a law that they don't normally let a single person adopt...

Not sure abt the adoption..I thnk even single parents can adopt a baby,but for tht they willve to produce some cerificates - may b divorce certificate n all 😕 😊

That's true, my mother in law went missing( this is way before I got married, don't worry I'm not the evil bahu). My hubby's family had to wait for 7 years before she was legally declared dead.
