Kumud is not stupid...she's just trying to mend all relations...

think from her POV, laxmi is her father in law...and after marriage she would want blessings from him too...

and morever she doesnt want any rifts between saras and his dad!!!!!!

She's just trying to make everyone happy...u may call her a good person, simple girl etc but certainly not stupid

Taking a decision which concerns Saras without his knowledge shows that the old kumud, miss knows it all, high and mighty isback. If you truly love someone you do not inflict such pain to him on the happiest day of his life.

LN is the root cause of all the problems and he was able to forget his supposed love for his son the night Saras discovered the reason of his mums suicide.

Actually Kumud and LN suit each other, both selfish in their thoughts.

Can't agree more, it was stupid n idiotic of Kumud to do the right thing at the wrong time n in the wrong way...some folk r forgetting the attitude Kumud showed towards Saras when she found out that Saras knew about Pramads ill health, theyr forgetting the attitude she showed when saras swapped places with Danny at the mandap for kusum, theyr forgetting her stubbornness towards him when he first arrived in India did she ever think of giving him the opportunity to explain his reasons behind the rejection no she didn't she was in her high horse coz she couldn't take the rejection, she didn't even take into consideration that it was LN who asked for the rishta not saras, folk are also forgetting the attitude she showed towards saras after their night of passion (yea it's wrong coz it was before marriage etc but it takes two hands to clap she was just as much involved as him but sum how he's was punished by her behaviour) it just seems poor saras is always on the brunt of her punishments n always made out to be in the wrong whereas really is kumud who's in the wrong again and again!
