Hey guys,

I recently had a post, "Akbar, a devotee of Durga Maa." In that post, I posted 2 pics of how he had a temple built for Maa. So on that thread, one of the members (Shreya) said there are couple of bhajans that are on Akbar to Maa. So, I found one, and others I couldn't. Here is the link:

I like how we add on and feed off each other. I learned something new from another member. It's like I post, and learn more about that post. LOVE IT.

great..u found it...😛it's our duty if we knw something then to share it intersted with ones...thatshow we can increase our knowledge too..even i m thankful that i was given a opportunity to show our culture nd u gave it by making that post..so thankyou dear,nd the second song was.. stanza what was i talking about...
nange nange pav raja akbar aaya..
sava man sone ka chatar chadhaya..
phir usko abhimaan jo aaya..
lohe ka ho gya chatar wahi sone ka...
i dnt know abt the whole story..but by giving pressure on my mind i got these lines out...😆
may b by asking some one..vl get the whole story..behind it..
waise i know only this..that akbar had a mannat of this for his heir nd after salim's birth he went nd offered the golden chatra to devi maa..😳

yeah i used to sing ds bhajan in my childhood days...

ni mata bagge shera waliye...**

yes i too heard k use ghamand ho gya nd chatar ws no more of gold...dt turned into vry strange metal nd still no one knows which metal z dt. even i heard dt it z still thr.

naa,I was saying that he offered chatra after salim's birth.when we do a mannat we wish something nd when that wish get fulfilled we offer that gift.so that mannat was for salim😃😉
