India and muslims

Okay, lets get educated a little.

I'm not indian and I was just wondering as every country you find that in some cities are more mulim/ multicultural tha others, for example here im UK there are richly populated asian areas such as London, Birmingham, Bradford, Leiscter etc.

Which other parts of India are highly saturated with Muslims. I know that Lucknow is known for its Muslim heritage.

Thank for your posts guys. Just for a bit of general knowledge. I do understand that you find muslims all over india, but just wanted to know if there are high populated places.

I don't really know but I'm definitely sure about Lucknow

There are , any places saturated with Muslims I cannot tell you exactly but there are.

Like in calcutta... There are areas full of muslim, and areas full of hindu...

Some area muslim and hindu..

I haven't been to india but my friend is indiannd she says that hyderabad is filled with muslims and a few hindu and sikh. Hindu-Muslim-Sikh get along very well and I just love it 😃
Also after christianity, islam is the second largest religion so I'm guessing there are heaps of muslims in india.
