Switched over to Sony from Star Plus

Earlier I watched Star Plus. Now I am watching Sony.

I really dont understand why the TRPs/TVRs of this serial is not picking up. This is such a refreshingly different serial. Lets see perhaps after shikha is thrown off cliff, then may be th trps may increase. But the serial should have picked up trps by now.

I started watching ek nayi pehchaan also. Even that is good but the trps is not good. Sony has done a commendable job by bringing teo good serials after a long time. Probably people dont watch sony this much and hence these two serials are not garnering the trps.

Anyways the serial is good and thrilling.

I agree with u guys! Sony just doesn't draw a lot of crowd I guess! The GVPs and GRPs for this channel is too low! Star plus followed by Zee, Colors and Life Ok have the maximum viewers! Sony is even lower than SAB TV.. This explains the low TRP ratings all Sony shows get each week! BUT it doesn't mean that these SONY shows are not good! I am loving MNB these days- especially with the pace at which it's going! 👍🏼

Star was dead after gayatri death in Yeh rishta...Rest all are TRP /rural audience oriented same old saas-bahu-nanad bhabhi crap-why cant Star think beyond these relations-Agree Mai na bhulungi& ek nayi pehchan are new ideas but our audience wants same old ghise pite serials so they will take time to adjust to new thinking-lets compensate till then!!!

trp is all crap. there are millions who watch hindi shows so basing only a few homes to judge what works is stupidity.

since now all homes are getting digitized, the set top boxes should send a report on what chanels and shows are being watched. then we will see how many boring dragfest shows rule the charts lol

These daily soaps are patronized by many many many housewives-mainly semiurban & rural ones-including domestic help,semi-skilled workers& their numbers are not definatley miniscule-And Yes they do count-that is TRPnot some fancy agency asking people to vote/sms on mobile for favorite shows-Go to interior India-small towns-Its they who watch these serials & they are the ones who patronize with Anandi's Dukh,cry in her miseries,yet enjoy dadisa's cruella antics!!!
