Hmm ... since Tintin and Snowy are in Rajasthan (and therefore back in India), Thomson and Thompson could easily have been using the aliases of Do-run and Do-ran.😉

PS: Isn't it Thomson who says, "to be precise.."?

Thank you.😊 Glad you liked it.
Do run, do ran - as in Simon Le Bon?
Is it Thomson? I don't really really remember - wish now I had checked! Thanks for pointing out.

Hilarious ... you picked the right comparison. Rudra and Aman resembled that bumbling duo TnT very closely ... including the dialogues!!! 😆 Love your take on the dialogues!

I liked Paro getting the better of her pursuers, but honestly, they were so inept, a blind girl could have evaded them!

Enjoyed the kaaka-sa kaaki-sa scenes today ... Kaaka is my star for that Vibheeshan come back ... his wife was seething in impotent fury after that! 😆

The precap was the best part of the episode ... Rudra has awakened the sleeping tigress in Paro ... she has nothing to lose, nowhere to go ... and she is hopping mad at being taken for a ride.

Thanks, Diya. 😊 Glad you enjoyed it - I had fun writing it. Yes my respect for Paro has risen meteoric ally! Kaakasa and Kaakisa are great fun just now, but I'm wary of her potential to cause trouble. The precap was great and counting down the hours to tonight.

It really was good. I forgot to commend you for the manner in which you brought out how they would want to lump in the jake rather than tail about it to RinRin in RRajasthan.

@ Do-run and Do-ran -- It's just that in The Mystery of the Blue Diamond, which was set in India, they were originally named Duran and Durant. And, in the context of the two running around Birpur, it seemed appropriate for these to be named Do-run and Do-ran.

@ Thomson or Thompson, to be precise? -- It will have to be cross-checked. And, trust me, I am no expert. Also,
to be precise, you too had Thomson saying, "to be precise ..." the first time around. That's why it struck me.

Thompson returned face grim: "That's a dead-end," he reported. "She's messed up the plan. We were so close." "That's right Thompson, we've messed-up the plan. She's so close, to be precise." Thomson hung his head, and spotted a red gleam in the bin...bangles! Aha! A clue at last! "All her jewellery!" he breathed. The cunning girl had slipped silently away to Terrible Thakur's. "She can't have gone far, Thompson, come..." They ran on blanket-less in the wake of Red Paro...

Ahh I see, nice pun, but do you mean the Cigars of the Pharoah? Because that's when they were staying in India in the Maharaja's Palace chasing after Rastapopoulos ending with finding the Rajaijah poison. In the Blue Lotus they were in Shanghai looking for an antidote. There def wasn't a Blue Diamond when I last read.

Actually it doesn't matter, I finally checked, and my memory wasn't wrong 😃 - Thomson and Thompson use 'to be precise' interchangeably so the way I used it in this take was just fine.
